Precision Appliance Repair

Our A/C unit outside was leaking fr-eon, this would be a serious problem but it was compounded by two previous A/C companies that performed far below standard. In fact one company the previous day charged us $165. dollars just to fill the fr-eon and then stated it would cost an additional $600. dollars to fix. Pete Gomez, located the problem immediately and stated that the solder used previously was sub-standard quality and it failed under the pressure within the copper pipe, resulting in the leak. It took Pete approximately 75 minutes to repair two different copper pipes, one he repaired just as a safety precaution since it was soldered with the same low grade metal. Thus saving us another repair service. I'm a retired disabled combat Marine, on a fixed income and I was extremely impressed with the professional and honest service that was performed by Mr. Pete Gomez. I would wholeheartedly encourage you to contact him for any of your home appliance repairs. I would tell people to run from them. They came out and took the check for $331.24, and it hasn't made a drop of ice since they left. They won't return our phone calls, and they said that there was a year's warranty, and 90 days on parts and labor, and they won't even talk to us on phone. I didn't have a problem with the price. They were supposed to bring back the parts so that I could send them in for credit, but they never brought them back.
