Description of Work: I am retired from 20 years in the property management of residential homes The cleaner needs some remedial training in house cleaning - window sills, |range surface still had cleaner residue and even after pointing it out the |cleaner did a poor job of finishing the job, glass shower doors, kitchen sink - house was left reasonable clean condition by the Tenant so it was |not a challenging job.

Description of Work: They were 2 hours late but called ahead to let me know they were finishing up another house. I asked to reschedule but said they would still clean my whole house. They only cleaned half. Since they were behind they RAN through the house and cleaned very well but broke a vase and didn't replace things after moving them. The grout was loose and a very large neon blue stain on the traverstine tile in master bath. Spent 2 days scrubbing it out. Called to complain but awaiting the owners return call. I told the assistant they should have rescheduled with the first home and came on time but she said they never leave until finished. Apparently I wasn't as important as house #1 that day.

I spoke to this person very extensively. Unfortunately, the job before hers took almost 6 hours instead of the scheduled 3.5 hours and we couldn't leave it unfinished. It's hard to make everyone happy in a situation like this. I did call and explained to this customer that we were running very late and the reason why. She was very nice and even offered to have the girls eat before going to her home. Every customer is very important to us. Not one more than the other. Yes, the girls broke a base trying to hurry and clean as much as possible, The blue stain was from her toilet bowl brush holder - all we did was move it. This was a huge house, very clean, but it needed more than the scheduled time as well. I was told that what we did clean, we cleaned very well and better than anyone she has ever had clean before and that she was gong to try another service, but maybe "crawling back to us". House Cleaning is a Service and sometimes not the easiest to juggle when we are placed in situations of an extremely dirty house and we don't know until we walk in the door. We try to do the best we can with what we are dealt. Michelle Owner
