Description of Work: One of the cleaning crew was late. She also spent a lot of time discussing their next job. I thought I had them all day and was informed by the crew they had to go to another job. I hired them for an after remodel clean. The floors looked like the dust was just smeared around. I would never use again!

Description of Work: I gave clear instructions for the cleaners to call me when they arrived. I also asked that my appliances be cleaned as they were (placed in the garage so the sides could be cleaned). I was given a positive response to those requests by the contact, but these things did not happen. I paid for move out cleaning but my floors weren't cleaned/vacuumed, my counters weren't clean, a few windows were cleaned. My contractor and real estate agent both asked me when they were going to clean (neither knew that they had already been to the house). I live out of state and feel taken advantage of. I contacted them after hearing from the agent and contractor and I never received a response to my call or text (though the voicemail said that text messages are responded to quickly).

This house was scheduled to be cleaned when there was still construction going on in the home. We spoke to the homeowner and told her we couldn't finish the job. We had to pull off and we were supposed to reschedule to go back. I just looked at our scheduling system and only the original appointment was scheduled. At this point, I don't think we went back.

Description of Work: The actual cleaning lady did a good job but the management is poor. The woman who cleaned my house apparently left the company and no-one bothered to let me know that she was gone. She left with my key - which I now have to change my locks.....very undependable. I would look elsewhere.

Response from Organizing San Antonio
When a customer asks about a key I always suggest a garage code first, hiding a key on their property or buying a lock box so the key remains on the property. Mainly it's for three reasons. We are not responsible for a key, it is much safer to leave a key on the premises, and if someone calls in sick we can still clean for the customer and it's not an issue. I wasn't asked in this case, but did tell the customer afterwards and she told me she didn't receive that message. I've looked into purchasing lockboxes and providing them ourselves so we don't have "key" problems. Michelle
