Description of Work: The team was punctual and very hard working. As promised, earth-friendly products were used. They were very thorough and listened to what I wanted focused on during their job. Which was good, because they did not clean everything during their 6 hour time at our house.

Description of Work: Jessica arrived promptly and brought in all her own cleaning supplies and tools. She and her helper worked for 3.5 hrs and cleaned my home from top to bottom. They did doors and not just the jams or by the knobs, baseboards, ceiling fans and all the regular chores of house cleaning. They even made two beds for us! That was really nice. Their products are phenomenal and made all our cabinets and wood work look new! My home was so clean and fresh I hated to have our guests arrive and stay for the weekend. :-) I will definitely use them again soon. I hope to have them come on a monthly basis if not bi-monthly. As President of an HOA, I sometimes am leery of promoting businesses that I do not personally use. So I can say without a doubt, this company is great!

Description of Work: We had them do a "move-in" clean for us before we put our furniture in our new house. The day of the appointment the manager called to tell us one of her cleaners had a death in the family and that she'd have to shuffle some people around to get our job done and that it would take longer than expected. That was not a problem- I was completely sympathetic. However, the quality of the work that ended up being done was sub-par. I did not feel like the house was even close to being clean- our kitchen floor was still filthy as were our kitchen cabinets. I know what happened was out of their control but they didn't even acknowledge that the work they did was not acceptable. I guess I just wished they had offered to re-schedule or give me a break on the price or something.

Description of Work: Two people cleaned my home for two hours. I paid for 4hours of cleaning. This was the solution to perform 4 hours of cleaning. I had to instruct one to clean floor under dresser. After they left I saw that I needed to instruct them to do that for every piece of furniture. Mold left on bath mat. Dusting performed on space not occupied by items. No dusting of appliances in kitchen. They were so rushed and I have small house. All of the blinds that they dusted were out of place when they left. Nice girls. They worked while there but I did not supervise enough.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an Angie's special, which was 4 hours of house cleaning for $129.99. The provider sent over 1 person to clean a whole house in 4 hours. In order to complete this task, the cleaning lady, who had expected another person would be coming to assist her, was unable to really get into the nitty gritty of cleaning and all she could do was surface cleaning. After 4 hours, there were some rooms that were left completely untouched. I could have paid extra for these rooms to be cleaned, but I decided against that. All in all, I was not satisfied with this deal. The lady who did show up did her best under the circumstances, but the job really did need at least 2 people cleaning in order to get the work done properly within the 4 hour time frame.

I'm not really sure how to respond to this review. 4 hours of cleaning was purchased and 4 hours was scheduled. I guess she expected the entire home to be cleaned in 4 hours. That all depends on the size and condition of the home. I could have sent 2 people for more time, but wasn't aware of the expectations. I cleaned houses myself when I started this business and I remember walking into homes thinking it was an "easy" house and walking out myself over 6 hours later. I'm constantly asked "How long do you think it will take to clean my house"? I always respond that it all depends on the condition, the size and your traffic load. That's the reason I have switched to an hourly rate. Our customers can pay for what they want and keep it within their budget. Every home is different. We can put two exact homes side by side. One house can take 3 hours biweekly and the other one may be 4 hours. We also keep the same crew on each house so once a time is established and the needs of the customer are known, the rate can remain the same. Michelle

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for an empty house that was going on the market. Owner Michelle answered all texts promptly. I had to reschedule and she was willing to work with me. Workers went to the wrong address but this was not their fault. They went to my address instead of the house that was up for sale. I should have provided the address when I purchased the deal. Angie's list had my home address only. Once they arrived at the right address they worked for the 3 1/2 hours purchased. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the entire house. I would recommend them and would use them again myself.
