I've been noticing that our punctuality isn't the best. The problem is, sometimes we are on jobs that need more time than the customer requests initially and we stay longer to finish the job which makes us late to the second job. Or traffic is just bad at times. Maybe I should change my policy and starting giving a 1-2 hour ball park of when we will arrive like CPS, AT&T, Time Warner and most service/repair companies. We do try our best to be on time, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances dictates us. Michelle

Description of Work: My two teenaged foreign exchange students just went home - and left a big mess that any teen might leave. There is now no evidence that they were ever here - kind of sad but hey it's nice to not stick to the floor any longer. they cleaned the oven wonderfully. My Italian child was a good cook - just did not cleanup after and the oven floor was black. Not any longer. Their bathroom was a toxic waste dump - white ceramic toilet bowl should not be black - it's not any longer. everything was cleaned and smells great. thanks!

Description of Work: The Earthwise team did an excellent job on an apartment move out clean. They were very responsive - I needed them asap and they were able to come the next day. They worked hard to finish up in a timely fashion so that I would not be charged for additional time. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: One worker thirty minutes early and took that time to set up the supplies. The other worker came twenty minutes late and left with the first worker! I asked for base boards and picture frames to be cleaned some rooms were missed altogether.Not every piece of furniture was dusted. The area around the commodes were not cleaned. On the flip side they did a good job with the showers and cleaning the oven.One worker took three calls while on the job!!

Not really sure about this job. One of my top cleaners was on this job. Before my cleaners left they walked through the house and they were told by the husband they did a great job. One cleaner did arrive early, but he also walked the house with the customer and started early. Both of my cleaners said all the rooms were cleaned. Michelle

Response from Organizing San Antonio
These people scheduled us to do a move out cleaning when their movers were literally still moving them out of the house. The refrigerator was in the laundry room surrounded by boxes. The master bedroom was still full of furniture and boxes. The home owner told my girls to have the movers pick the bed up so they could vacuum under it. The movers wouldn't do it. The home owners told my staff to do what they could and they left. My staff even told the home owner they would go back when the house was empty if they called the office and scheduled it, but they failed to do that. There were boxes all over the house and movers in and out of the house. We left before the movers were even finished. How are we possibly suppose to clean under these circumstances? They could have rescheduled this cleaning to when the house was actually ready to be cleaned. Michelle
