Description of Work: After a couple of cancellations of work dates (one was my cancellation, the other was the company's), it took a while to set up another date. I took a day off from work so they could come, since they don't usually work on Saturdays. I was very pleased with the work. Although I don't think the deal was supposed to be for two workers, two did come and both worked hard the entire time. I did receive a call after the work was done to confirm that I had pre-paid for the job. I reminded the owner that I had paid for the deal the previous fall.

Description of Work: They consistently change appointment times without my consent. Quality varies greatly between her staff. Some are do slow they cannot finish the recurring job in the time expected.

Description of Work: I hired Earthwise as part of an Angie's List Deal. Two housecleaners cleaned four rooms in the house -- living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bath. Both were pleasant, on time, and extremely thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The two ladies showed up on time and were very professional and efficient. The house looked and smelled great afterwards. They put things away where they thought they should go instead of just cleaning/vacuuming around them. They were honest with me when they knew they had 90 minutes left and didn't think they could deep clean the remaining part of the house (it's expected as the house is quite large and hadn't had a deep clean in a while). They asked me what my priorities were in the remaining time frame and took care of those. I'm really thrilled with the work and keep finding surprises even days after they left (like that they dusted my artificial plants!). To boot, they use green cleaning products so I didn't feel like I was inhaling a bunch of harsh chemicals afterwards! I highly recommend this service.
