Description of Work: Had an issue with the personnel assigned not showing up as scheduled. They had to send someone else at a later time the same day which infringed on our schedule. The ladies that showed up did an great job!

Description of Work: Not punctual. I notified them I had a VA medical appointment and it was imperative that the provider be on time to clean my home. She was late because she stopped off for lunch.

We were scheduled at noon on April 17, 2015. We literally showed up 2 minutes late. He came to the door and wouldn't let us in. This is the second review he has written on the same situation.
