This customer called me right about 5:00pm on Halloween. I answered the phone and he said he was Doctor so and so. He asked if it was a good time to talk and I said "Sure, I can talk to you while I'm making guacamole for my kids party". I was super friendly and nice. He basically told me I couldn't do two things at once and pay attention to him. I told him I could multi task and I never said another word. He was the most rude and arrogant man I have ever spoken too and he insulted my intelligence. He told me my service was horrible because his counters were gritty and we didn't clean his showers and he was moving on. I was not rude to him. He yelled at me and we both hung up. I deal with many people all day with many situations and I have never been spoken to like this before. I always tell me staff and my children that you never know what is going on in someone else's life. Sometimes they're just mad or upset about something else and then they are rude to us. I spoke to this same man last Friday when I scheduled him and he was very nice. So who knows. We did clean his counters. My staff said they were gritty and they cleaned them 3 times. We also cleaned his showers. I always offer to go back if a customer is unhappy. I am more than happy to remedy any situation. But honestly, I wasn't given the opportunity in this case and I just hung up without offering. I felt really bad about this situation. Michelle Owner

Description of Work: We took advantage of an offer here on Angie's List and then continued to use their service every other week until we started some remodeling projects in the house which created a lot of havoc in the house, so we suspended our house cleaning service with them while the remodeling is going on. They worked very quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Whole house deep cleaning (7-hours of house cleaning -- 2 person crew for 3 1/2 hours). The 2 person crew was about 1/2 hour late for the scheduled appointment. The crew worked very well but left after only 2 1/2 hours after doing a quick check with my wife. While the work they did was acceptable, there were several things that could have been done better (did not clean on top of the kitchen cabinets or top of refrigerator, missed doors and baseboards in a couple of rooms.) I would hire them again but I would expect them to stay for the full time contracted for. I did not follow up earlier because we were dealing with the passing of my wife's after the week prior.

We were hired for the $199 cleaning. My [Member Information Removed] sometimes finishes early, but they have to make sure everything is clean before leaving. We would have gone back to finish, but under the circumstances stated I'm sure the last thing they were thinking about was cleaning.
