They did a very good job. I don't remember the cost as they were running some specials. They were very professional. They got in and did what they were requested to do. They finished in the scheduled time as they said that they would. They did basically what they said that they would do. So, I was pleased with that.

For the cost, you can't go wrong. I receive an email several days in advance of the appointment, and they have arrived early each time, which is fine with me because I work at home.

Overall, this company did not rate well with me. Aside from the quality of service, this company does not really seem to know how to manage thier workforce. We were on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule, and one week prior to our next cleaning, the owner (Michelle McKenna) emailed me to say that the housekeeper that was assigned to our house had quit and that they did not have anyone to replace her with. Earthwise made no effort to provide another housekeeper and simply decided not to service our home anymore after that. I have not received any further emails/phone calls from them. A professional cleaning service is supposed to send someone to your house on the schedule that was agreed on, even if someone is sick, quits, etc. Michelle and her company Earthwise don't have a clue how to operate a cleaning business.

She is absolutely wonderful. She was prompt, she did not waste time with chatter, she was very efficient, she had everything that she needed, and she got a lot accomplished in a very short amount of time.

They just came out once. They cleaned the house pretty well. It was just one lady and she just wasn't very friendly. She did what we needed. They did a good job cleaning. I didn't really like the staff.

I had the spring cleaning special...pretty much anything I asked the two ladies to do they were more than willing to accomodate. They were both very nice/professional and in my home for 4 hours, so I thought the price was reasonable. They did my blinds, did a fairly good job dusting (of course noboday can do it as well as yourself) and general cleaning. They offered to change the linens and even cleaned the cat box!. I think they forgot to clean one of my bathroom floors, however, overall I was very happy with the experience and would have them come back again. Oh, and I really like the fact they are eco-friendly:).

We were very pleased with the whole process. The young woman who did the cleaning showed up a little early,(she called to see if this would be okay). She did an excellent job on all rooms. When she was done the house was sparkling from the floors up. She even dusted the artificial fruit in a centerpiece and light fixtures! The nontoxic cleaners used were a real bonus, no fumes to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Earthwise to others.

I first called Michelle McKenna several months ago after some research for maid services. She was very professional over the phone & we scheduled our first cleaning. She showed up for the fist cleaning along with the person who was supposed to be our permanent maid. Unfortunately, she was very fussy & didn't want to clean. The second, although she was a great maid, had other issues that necessitated her dismissal. Our current (#3) housecleaner is great. She shows up on time with a smile & completes the entire house within 3 hours. My husband & I have a lot of allergies & are very particular about the way our things are arranged & she complies with all of our wishes. She even goes the extra mile sometimes if we have guests coming or have an event planned. Recently, we have been travelling for work, but they have adjusted to our schedule without a problem. Professional, polite, courteous, on time, hard working, & relatively reasonably priced. These are the reasons we continue to use them & recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for dependable maid services.
