Belinda arrived 15 mins early at 8:45AM. I showed her the items to be cleaned then she started working right away. She kept working till she finished around 2PM. Gabriella arrived 45 mins late at 9:45AM. She was having a bad day, but did a good job on the bathrooms & tile near the front door. They tried to leave around 2PM, but Gabriella locked her keys in her car. My buddy, Chuck, tried to open her car with a clothes hanger, but it failed, so Gabriella got into Belinda's car & went to their next job. Hopefully, Gabriella will get her car before midnight tonight, because after midnight, cars parked on the street in this gated community, get towed after midnight at the owners' expense!
Description of Work: Belinda cleaned the stove, refrigerator, cupboards, kitchen tile, dusted the furniture, ceiling fans & blinds, and completed all the vacuuming. Gabriella cleaned both bathrooms & mopped the tile near the front door.

Had to wait for my wife's opinion after she returned from a recent trip. She does all the house cleaning herself, i have learned that my cleaning never pasts muster so I decided to hire out to ease her load when she returned. Happy to say, she was very satisfied with the service, especially all the dusting. We have lots of nick nacks and glass picture frames. All were handled with care and cleaning was thorough. I would definitely use Earthwise again.

Our house needed a thorough cleaning before going on the market. Within 2 days, we had a date for the cleaning -- a day before the sign went in the year. Michelle and her staff were prompt and professional. Above any other cleaning service I have used. I had since made arrangements for a regular cleaning every two weeks.

M father-in-law passed away in March. He had been in a nursing home for about nine months, and his house remained vacant for nearly a year. Additionally, living in the house mostly alone for years, the house had not been throughout cleaned in decades! My family had cleared the house of most of its contents, but it was in serious need of a through cleaning. Lou came and spent 6-hours scrubbing and scouring from floor to ceiling . The house is now spic and span... Almost sparkling! Lou did a wonderful job and now Dads house smells fresh and clean. Thanks so much for such an excellent job. We will definitely use Earthwise Cleaning again!

Rachel was wonderful & I appreciated the home-made products she used. My allergies have not kicked up either time she's been here. She has wonderful little cleaning tips....simple but quite effective. My house looks wonderfully clean. Rachel is pleasant, wants to do a good job & please her clients....just let her know what you want. I will use her again for sure. You should try her!
Description of Work: Michelle set up the time and person who would be coming to my house to clean.We bounced around 2 different days & finally set one (I was quite flexible). When Rachel got stuck in traffic, Michelle text to let me know. I appreciated that.. We also did some texting back & forth, price being one of them. I wanted to know if any of the coupons would be better for me to use. She felt I'd do better with the hourly rate. She was right!

This was the most amazing cleaning I've ever had. Top to bottom, cleaner than when I moved in. Tuesday was personable and explained the products. I could tell she cleaned my house like it was her own. She moved everything, she dusted everything, the floors, baseboards, ceiling fans, windows...everything was perfect. She missed nothing. Oh, and my kids want her to move in :)

The first time I used them, I liked the woman who cleaned OK...she was better than the crew I had been using (of course a dog licking the floors would have been better) but still claimed she had done stuff & I found it not done. Needless to say, I have gotten horrible service from the previous companies. THEN, I got Stacy. How do you say you adore the person that cleans your house? Because I do adore her. She did everything I needed done. This was the first time I had Stacy (yesterday, August 12). She is a cleaning fiend. She cleaned dirt and grime that had been long ignored by the previous cleaners. She didn't just flit around with a Swiffer and talk on her cell phone. She worked like a cleaning fiend. My house sparkled clean when she left. I did have to tell her to leave a few things for next time, just because she was totally exhausted. That was my choice. As a result of my asthma, I don't have carpet. I have hard wood floors. I also have lovely area rugs (small enough to be easily moved). I ask that they be vacuumed on both sides, taken up and the floor mopped under them, then replace the rug. I want the area under the bed, as well as behind it cleaned every single time. I want the baseboards, doorways, window sills, etc. wiped down every single time. I also expect the corners of the floors to be cleaned, & not just mop around the center of the room, leaving grime around the edges of the rooms. I do not like those rag mops or string mops. I have a microfiber mop that I've wanted the other companies to use. They all refused, insisting on using their dirty string and rag mops on my hardwood floors. As a result, the floors were dirtier when they left than when they got here. I have an in-house vacuum that I expect to be used. I expect the house cleaner to know that the floor brush occasionally needs to be cleaned out (since I have long hair & it clumps around the brush....nobody ever does this). I fully expect the whole toilet to be cleaned, not just the bowl. I expect the whole bathroom floor to be cleaned, including around the toilet. I want my wood furniture oiled down every single time. I want the ceiling fans cleaned every single time. I expect my washing machine and dryer wiped off every time. I want the top of the refrigerator & freezer wiped down every single time. I expect my kitchen cabinets to be cleaned every single time. That includes moving everything on the cabinet and cleaning under them. I've hidden dried pinto beans, safety pins, etc. under the toaster oven, my KA mixer & the coffee maker, as well as behind my knife block. Those have been there forever...because nobody has moved them to clean. They stayed there for 4 months. Untouched. Am I picky? Yes, indeed I am. Do I have high expectations? Yes. I enjoy breathing. Stacy found every single one of them!! I left a pair of nail clippers laying on one of the rugs that supposedly is moved and vacuumed every single time. Stacy was the FIRST one who found the hidden objects, cleaned the microwave & stove, actually moved the rugs, moved the bed & cleaned, truly cleaned the bathroom like it is supposed to be cleaned, did what I wanted. She found dirt & grime others had claimed to clean up but had ignored. She is a treasure & I told Michelle to never ever let her go! She's mine until I die. I'll consider willing her to someone else. :) No, truly Stacy is a godsend. To say I'm delighted with Stacy is a profound understatement. This company is worth its weight in gold, if they employ workers like her.

The crew showed up right on time. I talked to Lauri and showed here what I wanted her to give a little extra attention to. I told her that our mother had lived there for 65 years and the last couple of years it had been very hard for her to clean and we were getting ready to put the house on the market. She understood and assured me that it would be done. I left about 9:30 AM . I returned to the house around 4 PM to find a REALLY CLEAN house. The crew had done the shelf's the molding, and a couple of other things I had not even mention. They cleaned the inside of the windows, which was in it's self amazing. I can say that Michelle and Earthwise House Cleaning did a remarkable job, yes Lauri and crew who did the actual cleaning too. Yes, I will use Earthwise again when I need cleaning done.

I've used Earth Wise Cleaning before, and I was just as delighted with the service as previous times. They arrive on-time with all their own cleaning supplies and equipment and ask precisely what I want done. They work quickly and competently. Had a painter in so I neded quick turnaround since the property was awaiting a tenant. Never used Earthwise before. But after talking with Michelle and see how flexible she was with our crazy schedule knew I would use her. Painter got done later then agreed but Michelle was able to get 2 ladies in to do the job within one day and everything wast done. When I received the invoice immediately following clean via email. It was less then I thought especially with it being so last minute. Thanks for a great job and quick response. Would definitely use again and recommend. Michelle made it easy since I do not live in the same state as my rental. Great to find a company that does what they claim they will do.

They came close to the scheduled time. The ladies work very fast and are so friendly. I am using their services on a permanent basis. Anything I need is completed. They send emails to confirm appointments and are always available to speak to when I call. I find the quality of work extremely high. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm a disabled veteran who just can't handle doing the house cleaning. Due to my issues, handling cleaners is not a good thing for my health. As a consequence, my house suffered tremendously and needed a thorough cleaning. I contacted Miss McKenna of Earthwise and was immediately impressed by her willingness to communicate, professionalism, and her punctuality in arriving at my home for an estimate. She was very compassionate in dealing with my embarrassment of a messy home and listened to my health concerns. She was very cordial in her responses, respecting me, thanking me for my service to our country, and assured me that all eco-friendly cleaners would be used. We set an initial appointment which I had to reschedule. She was accommodating for the first offense, which was my only one. This morning (07/01/2013) two of her crew members arrived promptly and punctually at the time scheduled. They were friendly, and listened to my concerns. They immediately went to work. All I can say is that my home has never been cleaner. They took their time and did a thorough job. Cabinets, walls, counter-tops, sinks, floors, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, baseboards, windows; they did it all. This was part of the Spring Cleaning package that Earthwise offered. What they brought in to clean they took out, and did not leave me with any trash to pick up. We worked together and my house is so thankful for it! I cannot thank Earthwise enough, or praise the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Earthwise to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I have hired them full time and they are now on a cleaning schedule for me. I was very nervous because I never had a service like this before. Earthwise put my mind and heart at ease. I never spend $175.00 on a better service. Thank you Earthwise.

I employed Earthwise cleaning to clean my house when I injured my shoulder (I normally clean the house myself). I thought that I might as well get a thorough spring cleaning, so we agreed on that. Two people were supposed to come, but only one, Rachel, showed up, and somewhat late. The owner called and explained that she had some no-shows that day, so that Rachel would do it herself. She assured me that she would have most of the house done by 12:30 when I was expecting some visitors. She was only partly finished by then, so I spoke to the manager, and we agreed that she would come and finish up the next day. The next day, a different lady, Megan, showed up and finished things up. As far as the cleaning went, the ladies did an excellent job (except for the kitchen sink, which got skipped--but I can take some blame for not checking it out at the end. I realize that management had little control about who reported for work, but I would have been much happier if, knowing they were short handed, they would have called first--I would have been happy to rearrange the day or time, if it could have all been done in one session.

The morning of the appointment we had an employee call in at exactly 9:00 am when Rachel was already at the house. Unfortunately, people do get sick and call in occasionally. [Member name removed] was having company around 12:30 and Rachel was sent away and she agreed to go back and finish the next day - Saturday. We would have rather finished the job in one session as well, but circumstances didn't allow us too. This is a very rare occasion.

We had 9 appointments scheduled with (deleted member name) between March 2012 and July 2012, of them, 4 of them were canceled for various reasons. Yes, it was hard to make a schedule work in this case. From what I remember she was a school teacher and was taking care of her elderly mom. She had a lot on her plate at the time.
