I appreciated the work because after moving all weekend the last thing I wanted to do was clean an entire 2,500 SF house. Was done fine except for master bath. Floor was not cleaned as well as I expected, and the fixtures were tarnished after cleaning (they weren't before). I was not contacted after the cleaning was complete to let me know it was done or to ask if I was satisfied. If they had done a better job I would have contracted with them to clean my new house on a regular basis.

Our cleaning lady was about 10 minutes late. It took her another 15-20 minutes to get going which we were charged for. For the price of $30.00 per hour we expected at least two people. My wife was asked what she cared most about getting done she responded with getting the oven cleaned. At the end of 5 hours of cleaning the oven wasn't touched, the trash was not emptied in the bathrooms and trash was left on top of the garbage and my cat who was fasting during that time for an upcoming blood test got in to it and it broke his fast. I would not recommend this provider. I found them to be overpriced and the general knowledge of cleaning to be lacking. The company may use natural products but they did not seem to understand what those products can and cannot be used on.

This is my second time using Earthwise and they sent Esther this time. Once again, it was a very pleasant and professional experience! She didn't miss a spot, moving my couch, lazy-boys and refrigerator to ensure that everything was clean and shiny. Will most definitely use Earthwise again.

Lucero and Rosa were right on time and ready to go. Both were very pleasant, and asked right away if there was anything in particular they should know about. We were in the house while they worked, but they were very quiet and worked through the house , just like they told me they would. From the back , working to the front and out the door. My husband and I were very pleased and loved how clean everything smelled. They are certainly wonderful employees to have representing the company.

Paid for 2 hrs of cleaning w/ 1 person home needed thorough dusting,sweeping mopping and vacuuming The lady who came understood what was needed and did a fair job but moved very slowly. I found cobwebs around the cabinets. At the end of the 2hours, the floor had not been vacuumed and the kitchen was halfway wiped down, but not mopped. She should have worked faster. I wound up vacuuming the carpet... Perhaps a different person could have completed the tasks needed...

Cindy was assigned and did a nice job. My list included cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. I told her if she finished early she could dust. But she completed my first priorities. I am happy with the service. Gave an A because she did do what I asked in the time allowed.

The staff were consistently late but once they arrived they did an excellent job. My biggest issue however was that I gave the company our house key only to find that the company's policy is to give it the staff themselves. This became and issue when we switched our regular cleaning day. When a housekeeper showed up (late again) she called to ask how was supposed to get into the house. When I replied that the service had our key- she let me know that she wasn't my regular cleaner and that my regular cleaner actually had possession of my key.

It went fine. It was about average.

Cleaners called ahead and asked if they could start early. I said yes and they arrived at about 12:45, 15 minutes early. They brought in their supplies and asked if I had a vacuum. I told them yes, showed them where there was an upright and a handheld and extra bags (the handheld vacuum was not used). We toured the house and I pointed out some rooms that would not require any attention and gave them my expectations and left them to work while I got out of the way. The service didn't live up to the Angie's list reviews. They missed a lot and I spent several minutes afterwards going behind them pointing out basic areas of neglect. For example under furniture (nothing had been moved it seemed they just cleaned around), wall boards, window sills, picture frames weren't dusted - basic stuff. Even after I let them go at 4:15 I found more dirt like the entry hall chandelier (cobwebs) and the ceiling fans. They didn't bring any stool or ladder nor did they ask for one. The ladies were nice (although one was checking her phone a lot.) There was no post clean inspection and when I shared my disappointment and discussed a follow up, Michelle was defensive and said with the Angie's List coupon not enough time was allowed to clean the house properly. I will not be using this service again.

Cleaners came on time. They were here for about 3 hours (initially this was two people). One lady was allergic to dog hair so she left. Another person came by another day to complete the cleaning, but she stayed for about two hours. Bottom line, we feel that the house should have been significantly cleaner considering this was supposed to be a "deep clean". Many surfaces hadn't been dusted, and in general the house wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I would suggest going with another service if you expect the cleaners to really dig in and dust, mop, etc.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went okay. They came the same day. She didn't finish but she did really good with what she did. She didn't clean the whole house because she was spending a whole lot of time in the bathroom because my shower was really dirty. She did a good job on what she did.

From the time I called and established an appointment to when the service was performed, was smooth. The communication was very much appreciated! Earthwise is a wonderful service and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The cleaning services were wonderful! I am going to use Earthwise for all my home cleaning services. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and great communication. Thank you!

This review pertains to work done so long ago I don't know if it is even relevant. I cannot remember the exact date, or even year, but it was a month or so after I purchased the Angie's List coupon. It did not go very well. The worst was that I specifically asked the housekeeper not to do any vacuuming. But she did anyway, and in the process damaged a $700 fiber optic cable system that was part of my bedroom video system, which I only discovered after she left. I had to replace that at my expense, and the anguish has left me unwilling to hire another housekeeper until now. I really really wish these people would follow my instructions exactly and not try to be my mother and do more. And this is the main reason I am writing this review. My bathrooms were very dirty, and it was my fault that I took this deal. I should have contracted for "deep cleaning" not "general cleaning." I had figured, incorrectly, that since I only wanted the housekeeper to clean two small bathrooms and the kitchen floor, which is what I said right from the beginning, that two hours general housekeeping would be sufficient. But now I understand that deep cleaning is not the same kind of work as general housekeeping. However, previous housekeepers I had hired had done the deep cleaning in the bathrooms just fine, without comment, even for the general housekeeping price, so I had never understood this distinction before. The housekeeper was not prepared to do deep cleaning, and had to use some of my chemicals (she asked me right away if she could do that, and I said fine) rather than the "earth friendly" supplies she supposedly had (which I never saw). I personally did some deep tile cleaning in one bathroom while she was working on the other bathroom, because I didn't feel good about her using Tilex mold and mildew without a industrial grade full face respirator, which I have, but housekeepers never have. I had previously had another housekeeper use that product and I felt guilty about it afterwards--this is strong stuff which could damage lungs. It is for this reason that I will pre-clean before the housekeeper from now on, if this stuff is needed. I'd like to see housekeepers with better safety equipment, then I would feel better about letting them do everything. The bathrooms were far cleaner when she was finished, and I got my money's worth for the work she did in this Angie's List special. But many details were not up to par, not even having to do with the deep cleaning distinction. For example, when she left there were still soapy water marks on the master bathroom faucet which were easily rubbed off with plain water. But somehow she had overlooked that and similar details. Previous housekeepers had done far better. As it was, she had trouble filling the entire two hours, so I had to find other things for her to do, like clean the entry mirror. But I would have preferred simply to have the bathrooms perfectly clean than to have a general household cleaning. I was happy with my routine cleaning outside the bathrooms and kitchen. When I took the coupon, I noted that the service had recently gotten an F review. I read that review, and figured it was just some hypercritical homeowner who was expecting too much. That was another mistake I made.

The owner, Michelle, set up the appointment and provided ample reminder emails. The provider arrived exactly on time, perhaps a few minutes early, with all of her own equipment. She asked what I would like to have accomplished during the 2 hour time period, and I laid out my priorities. She got right to work and thoroughly cleaned my living areas and kitchen from top to bottom. When the 2 hour time period was nearing, she was cleaning the hallway bathroom (again, quite thoroughly), and she insisted upon finishing that before leaving even though it put her a bit past her 2 hour time frame. The services were exactly what I expected although executed with better than anticipated service and attention to detail. Very professional.

The owner was very hands on and very helpful. She was able to correct the issues that addressed with her. She actually provided me an extra 30 minutes for my next cleaning.

Bought the deal with oven and refrigerator cleaning included up to 6hrs on the 9th, Michelle called the next day and had us scheduled for Thursday the 12th at 0900. Tuesday arrived at 8:30a and started right away!. I was expecting two persons based on the other reviews that bought the whole house cleaning deal, but apparently, they know that Tuesday can complete the work of two people. We were very pleased, although the deal stated oven and refrigerator, the oven was the one cleaned, which was absolutely fine by us, because there was plenty of more important things to focus on (like our bathrooms which were the cleanest they have been in a long while)! We have never hired a cleaning service, and we are very glad we did! Will be contacting Michelle soon to set up something more frequently than every 5 years!!!!

I want to compliment Leticia's work at my house yesterday. I really didn't think she could do all my woodwork and kitchen cabinets in two hours, but she just quietly dug in and kept on working until she was done! So refreshing to finally find a house cleaner who didn't spend much of my time talking with me and who did a very good job. I will definitely be calling them back for cleaning in the future. I did it for a friend who had back surgery so I didn't actually see it myself but she was very happy with the work that they did. She is actually even considering having it done maybe a month later or something. They did a really good job. She said she didn't realize how dirty her house is. They called and asked if they could come a little earlier.

Co. had ambiguous discount ads on Angie's list and I contacted them twice for clarification of the actual cost that would be incurred for the work based on their ad and they did not respond either time. Believe their ads might be what some call "bait and switch" because of way ads are worded and assume that is why they did not respond to my request for clarification, so would recommend people needing these services stay away from this company. No response two times is a strong warning signal that something is not going to go well.
