After reading many of the reviews, I knew I wanted Lucero for the job. She and Rosa arrived and immediately set to work. Boy, did they do a great job. I have a broken arm and could not clean my house. They worked steadily and asked questions, which I appreciated. Am using Lucero again for another Big Deal Offer.

Service performed was good overall. Only complaint is that I requested the individual who showed up to concentrate on the floors and baseboards, but she did not.

It was my first time using a housecleaning service so I may have had too high of expectation, but it did not turn out like I expected.

I really like the fact that this company uses natural, environmentally safe cleaning products that don't leave a perfumey, chemical smell behind. I will give Earthwise a call next time I need to have my home cleaned!

My only regret is that when I've tried to re-schedule, the office hasn't responded. It might be because I need to be able to let them into the house and then leave for work, leaving the cleaning lady there alone. If that's the case, I understand but would just like to be told. Other than lack of followup response, the service provided was top notch.

Great service. On time. House looked great. Move out cleaning service was exactly what I needed to turn in the keys without any cleaning issues. The stove was the cleanest it has ever been! Bathrooms..spotless. Perfect.

I called and left a message and was called back very quickly to book my appointment. The housecleaner showed up an hour early which was 12:00pm and my appointment was at 1:00pm, that is the only thing I can mention that wasn't spectacular. She was fast but quite good. I am very happy with the outcome. I really appreciated that she cleaned my blinds and base boards which were quite dusty. I always get so bogged down with trying to clean my house before the holidays. This year we are having several parties at my house and I was even more worried with trying to find the time. My husband gets frustrated with me because he doesn't think our house is dirty. He came home from work to a wife that was unstressed and in a very good mood because her house was beautifully cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs some assistance with cleaning their home.

It went well. I am having them come out again. They asked what needed to be done and I said the focus was on vacuuming the floors. They just focused on that. It was just one person that came out. She pretty much finished four bathrooms and all the floors so that took up two hours. I wish I can have them stay longer.

Penny was the housekeeper who was assigned to my home and she is an extraordinary worker. She not only worked hard but very fast and accomplished more than I expected in just two hours. She has initiative and does not have to be supervised like others I have hired which is great. I just stayed out of her way and when she needed input she came into the office and let me know. When she cleaned the baseboards and swept/mopped she moved all the furniture and didn't just go around everything. She went above and beyond her cleaning assignment by assisting me to move my heavy coffee table and turn my 6x10 living room rug 180* in order to control the wear pattern. I cannot do this by myself anymore because of a damaged right shoulder. She also moved the couch which I have not been able to do for months and cleaned out all the dust balls and lost cat toys. And all this was done with a smile. As an ex-hotel manager I know how rare really good housekeepers are and I would have given anything to have had a whole crew like Penny. I will most certainly use Earthwise Housecleaning again and will request Penny for the job even if I have to wait until she is available.

While the cost is higher than I would pay an individual, I would hire them again. My cleaning woman was prompt and worked quickly and quietly. She asked me where I wanted her to start and she got right to work. I purchased 2 hrs in advance and one additional hour while she was at my home. Additionally, I had to reschdule twice, with short notice and they were very accommadating.

Went through the purchase process without incident. Was contacted by Earthwise and asked to provide a date/time for the cleaning. Provided that info and received a confirmation. The date/time arrived and nobody showed. No call either. A couple of days later received an e-mail message apologizing for the missed appointment and asked to reschedule. This was a one time request to do cleanup following thanks giving. So, not possible to reschedule. I ended up calling on another person to do the work. This was my first and only experience with Earthwise. First impression is extremely poor.

One person arrived right on time. Very thorough cleaning. Happy there was no pressure to sign up for a regular service. I was very happy with the results and I plan to use them again.

We all work and it's tough to spend the whole weekend cleaning. Needless to say, they had their work cut out for them! Lu was a tireless cleaner and was methodical. I hired them for a second cleaning to get even deeper! What a difference and so grateful for the dedication and time taken to get the house in shape. I've since hired them to come in every other week. My feedback would be for the manager or owner to come by periodically to check on results after a visit to ensure quality.

Tuesday did a good job of cleaning the house, concentrating as requested on the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

She had very good instinct on where to put what. Our house is over 2300 square feet and for three hours, she did a great job! Definitely recommend !

Was great. I have box upon box in almost all rooms in my house. I'm having serious back problems, and just couldn't unpack non-stop like my past 3 moves. Lucero to the rescue!! I told her my goal, what I wanted done, showed her around and by the end of the day we had made amazing progress. Scheduled her again for her first availability in a few days. As a bonus, she was so nice with our puppy, who is very full of puppy energy!

They were excellent! The young lady, Tuesday, that came was very thorough and polite. She was attentive to my needs as well.

We've used Earthwise many times and got this with a coupon thru Angies List. We are retired and home all the time so we need someone who can help mostly with bathrooms and floors and dusting. Michelle has a standard cleaning program that covers everything ( we pretty much keep the kitchen and other things under control), but she is wonderful about customizing the housecleaning to fit your needs. This time we had Penny and she did a wonderful job. We will be calling to get her again. Thanks
