A better job could have been done on the windows but she worked tirelessly and nonstop. I personally think $30/hour is a little bit much but I guess it is pretty standard.

They were very professional. Worked hard the whole time and did a great job. I would use them again.

The service was very good, and we were very pleased. We did have the person stay a little longer, and we paid a little more, but it was reasonable, and fine. This was the first time that I used them. I would recommend them to a friend. They were punctual, they did a good job, and she was very nice.

I have two cats, so there was alot of dusting and vaccuming. Two women came on that day and worked steadily.

Michelle was very prompt in contacting me and scheduling the service. First impressions were fine. The day of the service, I was expecting two housekeepers to come out and be there from 9-1230. One girl showed up at 10 minutes after 9, and the other girl was an hour late. They got started cleaning, and I stopped back a little after 12 expecting them to be close to done. They had finished the upstairs and were working on the downstairs. They told me then, they should be done in within an hour, and repeatedly said it would be really fast. When I came back again at 1:15pm they were still clearly not done. I had another errand to run, and they continued to reassure me they would be done soon. I said once they were finished, they could go ahead and go. I came back at 2pm and they were still not finished. At this time I made arrangements with a neighbor to lock up when they left and called Michelle. Michelle informed me then that I would have to pay for the extra time. However, there was never any explanation for why this was taking so much longer than expected. If you walked in my house before they showed up, you wouldn't have noticed that it needed much other than a few solid surface areas that needed the deeper clean. I purchased this deal for the whole house deep clean, so it was decluttered before they showed up. I also feel they didn't do everything they said, it just didn't seem like it was truly deep cleaned. For example while there was less dust on my blinds, there was still some dust and spots. In terms of the quality, had they done everything they did do and left at 12:30 as they said initially, it would have been fine. However, if I am expected to be paying for additional time and deal with this hassle, then I would have expected it to be white glove clean and it is not. In fact, some rugs were left outside and furniture was not moved back into place, so it seems like the rushed through and did an inconsistent job. Now I am left kind of hanging as to where we are going from here, and if I owe extra money.

My husband said that it went well and they cleaned everything that they were supposed to.

They did a wonderful job, cleaned every inch, are very polite and professional, and ask how they did before they leave. This was the third time I used this service and I would definitely use them again. I am very pleased with the job they do. They clean all the kitchen cabinets, inside the oven, bathrooms, dust everything including ceiling fans and high places, window coverings, floors, rugs, furniture, they do it all.

We had a house that was totally redone after being rented out for 12 years. The house was professionally cleaned after all the work was done. 'Looked great!

It went well. I think that they stayed longer, so I had to pay extra. I would use them again.

Based on the time, cost and job done of just the few rooms that were cleaned, I didn't ask them back. They cleaned 2 1/2 baths and part of my kitchen in the time it's taken other house cleaners to clean my whole house. Maid was kind, but worked slowly and wasn't thorough (there was still food streaked across my floor after "mopping"). Also, they advertise as being "green cleaners," but the maid had several "regular" cleaning products in her bucket.

The service went okay. Our house was pretty messy so they could not do the whole house on the initial visit. They came back a couple of other times and the lady was very professional to work with. The scheduling was good and the service worked out well.

I was contacted within a day by Earthwise, and the owner was able to find a time that worked within a few days. Jessica and Lu were sent to clean my house, and they did an excellent job - they were professional and thorough, and pleasant to be around! I will definitely use Earthwise again in the future

Was a new hire.Spent so much time cleaning one bathroom that she only had time to mop kitchen. Disappointing for 2 hrs.

They were very sweet girls though I think they were overwhelmed & perhaps enough time was not allowed for them to complete the work intended. While they did a beautiful job on 2 of the 3 bathrooms, the Master shower, & cleaning the mini blinds, they either forgot or neglected to clean the master bathroom toilet area and needed to be asked to clean the LR flooring before they left. the offer was for top to bottom cleaning throughout & while I told them they only had to focus on the downstairs, this was not done thoroughly. I've been quite disappointed but it was getting late in the day & I think they hurriedly wanted to finish but they were sweet girls.

The service was great and I have no problems. They were on time for the appointment and the price was excellent. They sent a crew of two and it took about two and half hours to complete the work.

Very thorough and was very timely. They employed employees with disabilities and I was very happy with them. I would use them again.

It went very well! My husband and are are very happy with the cleaning services. My husband is very picky when it comes to cleaning our home. Earth-wise Cleaning was very detailed in cleaning our home. We will definitely use them again

-They squeezed us in for a move-in cleaning so that we could get into our new house before the weekend and before the holiday. -The cleaning crew was professional and worked very hard throughout the day and were very pleasant throughout the process. -Initial cleaning upstairs was well done with sweep, mop, and dust of all 4 rooms along with a full bathroom. Even the closet shelves were cleaned well inside storage areas. -Later cleaning downstairs was a little rushed (perhaps due to the size of our house at the very top end of the size limit for a move-in package). They did clean thoroughly inside the fridge and all our blinds - and things were pretty messy beforehand. -They stayed quite a bit longer than scheduled (on a Friday evening!) to finish the major items on the entire bottom floor i.e. swept and mopped well downstairs on hardwood floors. -Non-toxic chemicals were used throughout the process which was especially important for my family - except for Pine-Sol (i think) on the floors. -Overall, very pleased with the service and thankful that they were willing to stay past scheduled time!!

Overall it went well for the price. However, there were areas that were really not wiped down well. For example, some the the basboards were still dirty. They did clean inside our oven and microwave. I don't think they really cleaned our laundry room, don't know if that was extra.

Cleaned bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, blinds, dusted, cleaned oven, wood floors, vacuumed, mopped, ceiling fans, and furniture. Felt very comfortable with her in the house. Done in 5 hrs. Very good work. House hasn't been this clean in some time!

Cleaned the entire house, including the stove. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM; they arrived a little after 9:00 AM. It did not pose a problem on this occasion. In the future it is important that the appointment time be followed a little more closely.
