I was totally blown away when I kind of peeked in on them to see for myself just how thorough a job they did. Even the improbable places like inside a glass enclosed equipment table which houses my home theater components; all the shelves were dusted! And underneath the same table where many exposed cables are were carefully moved out of place in order to dust the floor. Enough can not be said about the thoroughness of their work. They were okay. She was there for an hour and a half.

Overall cleaning was fine. Two ladies were on-time and did a good job. I bought a deal on Angie's List. I think the price was higher than I normally pay for a cleaning service. I was not asked if I wanted my oven cleaned - although it was part of the deal (which I forgot about while the ladies were there). I felt my house was horribly dusty and dirty when they started, yet they kept asking each other (and me) - where in this house is it dirty? I will consider using again in the future.

This was my first time using Earthwise House Cleaning. I purchased the 2 hour cleaning special for $60 early morning on Monday and was able to get a Tuesday morning appointment the very next day. We are a very busy working family with a really hairy critter so the house was in need of some serious cleaning, but I didn't have time to spend all day on the project. Earthwise was the perfect fix for me and made all the difference! Initially, there apparently was a scheduling problem, but after a quick phone call my concerns were alieviated and I had a maid show up at my door less than an hour later. Sarah was assigned to me and more than made up for the scheduling hitch. She went to work straight away and had all of her own cleaning equipment. Sarah was very polite, couteous, and professional. Sarah went above and beyond my expectations. She even helped me with fixing the bed by holding up the box spring and mattress for me while I climbed under and replaced the support slates that had been knocked out of place. She was very thorough with the cleaning and worked quickly and efficiently. She even stayed past the two hour time allotment to help fill my requests-as I had quite a list. She indicated she would have liked to have statyed longer, but she had another cleaning appointment. I got the impression that she genuinely cared for the customer's satisfaction. I was so pleased with the work that she was able to accomplish in only a little more than two hours that I left her a tip-she deserved it! She expressed genuine gratitude for the gesture. I would difinitely use Earthwise House Cleaning again, and I would highly recommend requesting Sarah. She is an asset to the company.

They seemed to do the bare minimum. It was not acceptable in my opinion. I do not recommend this provider to anyone else. The price I cannot recall but it did not seem reasonable for the work done.

Maybe I am just too picky as this was the second cleaning service I have used in the last 3 months and neither one impressed me. We had the house cleaned after moving out and, in my opinion, it was not exceptionally dirty. Ceiling fans and light fixtures were still dusty. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned well and there were still a few areas on the tile floor where it was not mopped or dirty water was left to dry. I suppose for a move out cleaning with no furniture/ refrigerator I expected a bit more detailed cleaning of cabinets, floors and countertops. They were very friendly, punctual and courteous and flexible as I had to reschedule the appointment one time. Again, I only have this one experience with this company to draw from and this is just my opinion and maybe I am just hard to please. .

Annette was great! She did much more than I expected in a two hour period of time. I truly appreciated that she took the time to clean the little things like the inside of my microwave and underneath my bed. She was professional and friendly. I will definitely request her again and recommend Earthwise to other people. This was the first time I paid for my house to be cleaned and the best 60 dollars I have ever spent!

It went very well. I recently lost my longtime housekeeper who would clean my entire house beautifully. Until I could find another regular housekeeper, I was desperate for someone to do just the high traffic areas. This housekeeper did just that. She cleaned the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and all non-carpeted floors (main bedroom, dining room, living room and hallway), which were the areas I asked her to concentrate on. (I wasn't as concerned with dusting or vacuuming the carpeted floors during this first visit.) She didn't waste any time getting started after arriving and started in the back of the house and worked her way to the front in a very efficient manner. It took her about 2.5 hours to finish but since it was the first visit, I knew it might take a little longer, and I didn't mind paying extra for the additional 1/2 hour it took her to finish. She was punctual, friendly and efficient, and I was very pleased with the service.

I liked that they were eco-friendly and used green products.

The service turned out well. They were prompt and pretty detailed. Scheduling was easy and I was happy with their service overall.

I use them weekly and they are here for four hours. Sometimes two crews come so that will only be two and a half hours of work.

It was good. They did a good job. I wasn't either blown away by them positively or negatively.

The communication with the owner Michelle was fantastic. The cleaning job that was done for the $60.00 was done wonderfully. I was very pleased with the work that was completed. This is the second time I have used Earthwise, and I will continue to use this company for all my cleaning needs. I'm very happy.

I hired her to keep cleaning my house. She came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. It went fine with her and I was happy with her. She does a great job. I will continue to use her.

Once again, I am very pleased with this service. Leticia came this time and helped me with cleaning my kitchen cabinets and counters and mopped the floor in the kitchen and bathroom; then she was cleaning the fan in the kitchen. She went throughout the house and swept the floors and cleaned out the trash cans. I wanted to change the liner in my drawers and shelves and she even helped me with a couple of these. She works so quickly and quietly that you hardly know she's there until you see the final result, She is always so happy to do whatever I asked her to do that I will readily have her come back again.

Cleaners did a relatively good job. However, it did not meet my expectations of "Deep Cleaning" in which I paid for. The blinds, window seals and ceiling fans were not cleaned, and although the ad explains the service as "Deep Cleaning including Oven" the Oven wasn't cleaned either. I expected to receive 6 1/2hrs of cleaning by one person, however was explained that 2 people would be coming instead, providing 3 1/2hrs of cleaning each instead, and the additional 1/2hr would be at no charge. They were scheduled to start at 9am and one of the workers arrived at approximately 9:15am, which is totally acceptable to me, I'm definitely not complaining about the 15mins. However, the second person didn't arrive until approximately 10:45am. I felt as though the job was rushed especially when that started packing up at 12:00pm to ensure they were gone by there scheduled 12:30pm time. Ordinary house cleaning would be a more accurate description of the service provided, which would not have been such a good deal considering the price. Thank you Michelle. However, it's been 2+ months and no one has contacted me. I don't necessarily want additional cleaning, just trying to give an accurate description for your management purposes.

It was excellent. They did a super job. I was very satisfied. They came exactly on time and went right to work.

They did a good job on the parts of the house they got to. But the house is large, about 2,500 square feet and they couldn't get to a few rooms, because they ran out of time. Also, they never cleaned the oven. The oven was part of the deal we purchased, but they never did it. I haven't had any luck with the other house cleaning services I've used either, so maybe the house required too much work.

It went great! Both ladies showed up on time, which was not expected considering they came the morning of the ice storm. They were efficient and thorough, and my house looked great! This was my first experience having my house cleaned. With some family issues and work, I just wasn't able to keep up and thought I would try this. It went better than I expected.

I have updated my previous review as the owner contacted me and came and repaired the damage to the stainless steel sink. I appreciate the fact she wanted to make this right and she did. The house cleaning was done back on the 29th of January and the job was done well.

It’s a big deal coupon for $199. I think it was okay. We have used them several times but the last one wasn’t as good as the previous one. Like there is still dust on the dents and I don’t know if they are dusting well. It didn’t seem they quite take care of it they did in the past. They didn’t charge me anything more than the big deal itself. I’m thinking about it if I will use them but I’ve used them several times but I like to try a new one.

I bought the special 2 hours for "only" $60, as sort of an audition. I get it that two hours go by fast, but I think an efficient worker can accomplish more in the time frame. She asked to use my vacuum cleaner, and of course I let her, though I was surprised she didn't bring one. She furnished the rest of the supplies. She was a little late, and spent some time on the phone, so stayed 20 or so minutes extra to compensate, which I appreciated. I tipped her $10, which I think is needed since she works for a service. Also, though she was very nice, she was overly chatty, further distracting herself from the work at hand. I do need help on a regular basis, but $30 an hour is steep for domestic work. I will keep on looking.
