The cleaning itself went great. They were responsive, for instance, when I asked them not to use furniture polish on some of the furniture. They cleaned the ceiling fans, baseboards, nooks and crannies really thoroughly. Everything was gleaming. My one complaint is that they were not very professional. I heard a lot of gossip and giggling. There was also a lot of texting and possibly a game of candy crush going on. If I were paying by the hour, this would worry me, but I bought the cleaning package on Angie's List, so as long as they got the job done I was happy. One of the girls brought me a curio that she said had "fallen in the bucket," which seemed weird. They took a lunch break but didn't tell me to expect they would be gone 90 minutes, at least half of which they were just sitting in the car in my driveway. And later they called to say one of them had left a ring somewhere and wondered if it was in my house.

I've never had my home deep cleaned before, and now I'm going to do this every year!! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, the people they sent got right to work and did NOT stop until they were finished!! My home looked fantastic!!! My entire home is floors and I have 3 cats! I also volunteer as a baby animal foster, and had just returned a couple of kittens who had been VERY sick. I explained to the cleaning professionals that they may find "little presents" under some furniture, and apologized in advanced. NO COMPLAINTS!! Being somewhat lazy, there were TONS of dust bunnies everywhere! The dust bunnies, their dust bunny babies, and THEIR dust bunny babies GONE!!! I want to hire them to clean my home from now on!!!

The two ladies who cleaned my home did an excellent job! Very courteous, consciencious, productive and thorough!

Since we have Megan coming in on an ongoing basis, we have not reached the finishing point as of yet. But we could not be happier with the progress so far.

It went it extremely well. She did everything that I asked her to do and went above and beyond. I work from home, so she always made sure it was OK before she vacuumed or did anything that might disrupt my work. It was a very thorough job and she managed to get my teenagers' bathroom clean, which was amazing beyond words. I've already contacted them to schedule another cleaning in a few weeks.

Leticia worked very h****** deep cleaning our house for the spring. I'd recommend her to anyone.

First of all the cleaning crew was an hour late to start. There is no way this cleaning was for a house over 1500sq ft. My house is 2400 sq ft and the 3 person cleaning did a great job upstairs they only cleaned less than half of my house. When time was up I was willing to pay for them to stay and finish the job but they were told by their boss Michelle that they couldn't stay to finish. They had another appointment to get to. So I was left with my house half cleaned and they weren't available to come back for several days. Not happy. I was expecting them to stay until the job was done as stated in their statement. Even though the cleaning crew did a great job on half my house I was left hanging with a half cleaned house. I would not use them again. I need someone that puts quality of work above the quantity of work they do.

Tuesday from Earthwise House Cleaning was prompt and professional. She came prepared with her own supplies and was ready to clean as soon as she got here. We spoke briefly about what I needed done and then she got right to work. I've had other cleaning companies come in and they've sent a cleaning Team with 3 or 4 people but they didn't do half the job that Tuesday did by herself. Tuesday didn't let the fact that our house was in complete disarray, due to upcoming construction, phase her she just worked around it. Our bathroom shower door had hard water build up that I hadn't been able to remove but Tuesday managed to get it removed and it looks great. I can't say enough about the job that Tuesday did for us. I also like that you can have them use Green Products if you want. I've already contacted them to discuss having them come back on a regular basis.

I was willing to pay for 2 more hours of service in addition to the 2 hrs for the deal. They promised 2 cleaners to come and clean the house and complete all the work in 2 hrs and we planned our schedule for the day accordingly. Only 1 cleaner showed up and did as much work she could. We had to send her after 3 hrs because we were running late for a party. The quality of work was OK.

The crew was 2hrs late which I didn't mind so much, but I figured they would make up for it with an excellent cleaning. Nope. I was offered a free cleaning from the owner which was nice, but I'd prefer to just find another company.

They sent out one of their employees 2 times because she didn't do a great job the first time. Then after the 2nd time it still wasn't completely clean. One of the head ladies then came out herself and spent several hours getting it spotless. The end result was great but it was a lot of work to get it that way.

House was spotless. They were in contact before the job by email, so I knew when to expect them. I would use them again!

Both ladies (sorry, can't remember their names) arrived on time and went straight to work. I had purchased the online deal she had going on at the time for $199, 6 hours of cleaning. While I wouldn't say my home is huge (about 3300 sq ft), I thought for sure it would take much longer. They were fast and extremely thorough. I was worried that we would go over the 6 hours and I'd need to pay extra, which I would have totally been okay with as my home needed a very good spring cleaning, but they did not. They have it down to a science. I cannot express enough what an amazing job these two ladies did. They even did my oven which in the past I've been charged extra with other service providers. Again, it's fine if I have to pay the extra fee because I really needed it done, but it's nice it was included. Overall, fantastic job and I would definitely highly recommend them and will use them again.

I went through six other companies that just didn't meet my standards before finding Earthwise House Cleaning. They met and exceeded my expectations on the first visit, so I have them set up on an every-other-week cleaning schedule. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Very professional. Phone Service extraordinarily nice. If I left a message it was almost immediately returned. Reminders in email sent right after ordered then daily close to service date. On date a cleaner for another job didn't show so the girl called to tell me she would need to be later and asked if that was OK. Since I had plans that evening I called the company and they got right on it. Within about 5 min. I had notification that 2 women were coming over and within 15-20 min. They were at my door. They were careful and did a wonderful job!I will not fault them for being late because as soon as they knew it they took care of it! They're an A+ in customer service!

Overall, the cleaning lady did a good job. I was told there would be two ladies, and it would take 3.5 hours, but only one showed up (who seemed sure there was not supposed to be two), and it took her about 6 hours. She was friendly, and extremely punctual! I noticed she didn't use the "green" cleaning products, but she mentioned that they were in the car and if I preferred them, she would use them. I was under the impression that was standard. She cleaned the oven so well, it looked brand new, and when I pointed out just a few spots she had missed around the house (light switches, minor things), she was nice about cleaning those as well. Towards the end of her shift, however, she seemed to get a bit frustrated it had taken so long, but then again, she was supposed to have a cleaning partner.

I began using Earthwise in December of 2012. Originally, two ladies were sent to clean my home, Janice and Jill. They were fabulous! Very detailed in their cleaning and fast. They were able to get the white hard water stains off of my glass shower. I made sure to always tip them so that they would want to continue to come back to my home. However, they left the employment of Earthwise and in March, a girl named Sonia was assigned to my home. Sonia, was also great - she also managed to keep the hard water stains off my shower. However, a few months later, she also left the employment of Earthwise. Ultimately, a woman named Annette was assigned to my home. Initially, I was satisfied, however, I noticed that the hard water stains were returning on my glass shower. I asked Annette about it and she responded that she did not have the proper cleaning chemical with her but she would get it for the next time. This went on two more times, I would ask her about it, she would say she forgot to get the chemical but she would get it. The last time I mentioned it, she said, "If you had said something to me, I would have gotten the stuff." I was really irritated by her response, how many times do I have to request to have something done that the other house cleaners (Janice, Jill and Sonia ) were able to do without me asking? So, I contacted the owner, Michelle and told her what happened and that I wanted another house cleaner. Imagine my surprise when Annette showed up at my house two weeks later. I called Michelle and she said, "It'll be okay, I talked with her." I refused and again asked for another house keeper. She told me she would have someone else come over. No one ever did.

Bought a deal on Angie's List for a deep cleaning service. They contacted me the same day and set up the appointment. The house cleaner showed up promptly and did a thorough job. I would definitely use this service in the future.
