The individual who came to our home to clean actually called me the day of the service after the time she was to be at our home. She said she was lost due to the uncertainty of whether I lived inside or outside the 1604 Loop. Our appointment was for 9 am. She finally got to my home at 930. Overall, the job was done and my home was clean. I appreciate the time and energy that was given to cleaning my home. To back-up my B rating for punctuality, I would definitely suggest that the day/night before maybe taking a "trial" drive to the residence so that the employee knows exactly where they need to be the day of the service. I do appreciate the call that the employee gave me, but if I am not sure where I am supposed to go for a particular job, I would definitely go out the day before to locate the place I am going to be working at. Our home was clean and I appreciate this.

Young lady who cleaned did an excellent job. The owner/scheduler of the service was another story. She was very disorganized and hard to reach. Will not use them again for that reason

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out okay. It was supposed to be a move out clean and one lady showed up. I had to leave for an appointment, but my husband was there and she cleaned the upstairs. I thought she was going to stay 8 hours, but when I got home she was gone. My husband said she came out and said she was done and asked if he wanted to do a walk through. He did it, but there were a lot of things that were not done. The blinds were not dusted and the front window was not washed. We had a front entry window that had dog prints on it. The service was okay, but I did not feel like it was what I paid for. They came a day early and were very responsive.

Dealt with Michelle for the scheduling/details and she was very professional and was able to schedule me for the Friday I wanted. The person that came to my house, Tuesday, was outstanding. Also very professional and a nice person. Floors got done, dusting, ceiling fan, etc. Place looks and smells great. Definitely will use this company again.

They arrived on time and did a very through job. The big deal included oven cleaning and they did a very good job getting my oven cleaned (it was in pretty bad shape). The bathrooms were spotless and all the floors looked great. I was a bit surprised they didn't bring their own vacuum cleaner - but they used mine. Just wish I'd been told beforehand, so that I had a vacuum available (I usually send mine off to repairs when I know I have someone cleaning the house) overall a good experience and they finished everything as required.

Since I was only using service for 2 hrs, i had specific things I wanted housekeeper to work on. She was asked to vacuum all rooms,, clean baths and kitchen. I requested that she clean all cabinet doors in kitchen. She completed the tasks, was professional and friendly. This is my second time using this service and I would use them again. The best value is the 199 Groupon for 6.5 hrs with one person or 3.0 with two staff people.. Great move-in or move-out service.

The service was great. They did not have a good phone number or address for me due to my profile on Angie's List but that was corrected and we got it worked out. She initially went to my old house due to the address mishap but she was persistent in finding me. Jessica was the person that they sent and she did a great job. The place looked better than it ever has and she was able to do the work in four hours. She has came twice since that as I have contracted with them and the service is just great. I look forward to coming home after she is done and the coupon is a very good deal. I thought the cost was high initially but I have found she is able to do the work in a third of the time. I pay $90.00 every two weeks compared to $140.00 every week from another company in the past.

Overall, it was okay. Scheduling the service was easy. They came out a couple of days after purchasing the Big Deal. I’m used to doing the work myself and other people do things differently. I have nothing against them. The individuals who came out did work hard. I think they were at my home for 3 to 3 1/2 hours because they sent 2 people. My need for housecleaning was a one time need so I probably wouldn't hire anyone again.

When my original cleaner bailed, I called Earthwise to make a last minute appointment. I had already moved to another city and was preparing the house for showing. I only had a small window of time when my parent's would be at the house to help with preparations and appointments. The owner was able to work me in the next day and let me make an appointment before buying the Angie's List deal since I wanted to prepay. The first cleaner showed up early and my parents had some concerns because they had difficulty communicating with her. However, they seemed to settle down once the second cleaner showed up. Overall, I would say that they were not satisfied with the first cleaner but were very happy with the second cleaner. Due to these concerns, the owner also showed up and helped clean as well. I think they might have even stayed a little late without charging. The bad: The tile floor was really dirty after moving and renovations. While it looked much, much cleaner, it still blackened my feet walking around barefoot. The inside of the oven also was a sore spot. Initially, one cleaner tried to clean it using something besides oven cleaner. Once she got some oven cleaner, there wasn't enough time for it to soak before scrubbing so it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The good: I had a really dirty looking bathtub (water stains and renovation dirt) that I thought would have to be refinished. They cleaned it 3x and it looked much, much better than anything I could have done. The stove and microwave shone like new. I noticed they also got all the cat hair off the curtains. The owner also called me the next day to follow up. She was aware of all the issues that had occurred and her story matched what my parents had told me. She also offered to come back if I wasn't satisfied. My house didn't magically become English butler white-glove clean, but they did a great job of cleaning overall and making it ready for showing. It was well worth the money spent.

They did a good job, they always communicate, came out on time and very pleasant to deal with.

Two young ladies came in and after I explained to them what needed to be done, they worked for one hour cleaning two bathrooms, (one bathroom each), that needed extra cleaning care, very thoroughly. The plan was to also vacuum and mop the house, but since the one hour had already passed, and they had spent it all cleaning the two bathrooms, I asked them to stay a little longer to finish and I would pay for additional time. They were very accommodating, and thorough and they finsihed the rest of the job in the additional hour with the extra cost. I was very happy with them and I would hire them again. I hired Earthwise originally , to help me clean my daughter's appartment, who had been sick and also had a cat in the house that made it a worse mess. The apartment needed special attention in cleaning and the ladies understood that and got right to work. I am seriously thinking about hiring them on a biweekly basis just to help maintain the place in good shape. I just wish I could remember the names of the girls so they could get credit for this but I am not sure I have them right, so I would hate to write the wrong name on this review. They were awesome!

For the most part we were pleased with the service. I had been out of town for a month, leaving my husband, and son, alone with 2 cats and 1 dog. My biggest concern was the dusting, clean bedding and floors. There was very little pet fur floating about, the house was dusted well, major appliances were clean, and bedding was changed. The only "ding" was the kitchen floor wasn't cleaned, but we felt that wasn't a big issue. I have no idea what condition my house was in, but am pretty sure there was a fair amount of pet fur to deal with. After a very long trip from Florida to Texas, I can say it was wonderful to come home to a clean house. I forgot to state that the bathrooms were very clean.

They cleaned everything, things I did not expect to be cleaned, even the dust on the ceiling fans. I was really happy with the way the bathroom shower glass looked. Most of the hard water deposits were gone, and I have tried to clean that many times with no success. They were honest, efficient and thorough. I will be using Earthwise again. I highly recommend Earthwise House Cleaning. You will not be disappointed with the service they provide.

A little background. We had our wood floors sanded and refinished throughout our house. Our house is 4,400 sq ft, and about 3,800 sq of the floors are wood. After several delays, the floors were finally finished (for the first time). After they dried and started to cure, we realized that there was a problem with the finish and the floor people had to start over from scratch and completely sand down and refinish the floors again. I say all of this for two reasons. For starters, owner Michelle was EXTREMELY accommodating to our schedule. We first scheduled her services for a few days after the original floor completion date. After having to reschedule Earthwise five different times later (over the course of a month), she was still just as nice and happy to have our business as the first time we talked. Secondly, the amount of dust and dirt in a 4,400 sq ft house that had been completely sanded down twice was unbelievable! Actually, it was probably about the amount of dust you would imagine - A TON!! Michelle's Earthwise girls knocked it out! Cleaning from floor to ceiling and everything in between. And after having painters and floor guys in our house for the previous 3 months straight, the bathrooms, etc were pretty much filthy. What I'm getting at is if these girls can handle this job as well as they did, that can pretty much clean anything! The cleaners were very nice and hard working and my house looks like a house again!! Thanks again for your patience and cleaning services Earthwise!

I originally had the $199 deal with 2 people for 3.5 hours each. It didn't go as planned and many things were missed in the cleaning. However, Michelle, the owner called in the next day or two to follow up. When I explained my concerns, she was quick to offer to rectify the situation. She sent another person over to take care of all issues. This person was extraordinary. She did a wonderful job. I'm now very satisfied with the service and would work with them again in the future. Thank you Michelle for making it right!

We had this company come out to do a whole house cleaning using their $199 deal but because my house is over 3000sq ft it was $229. Two cleaners came out for 3.5 hrs and I cannot believe how much was left untouched, we had streaks on the stainless, sink looked like it was wiped down with a sponge. The doorframes had tons of dust on them and dusting was one of the main reasons for the service, we had dust on pictures in the MBR and the windowsills were bareley touched. I also have family coming into town and now I have to look for someone else to come in and do a better job and they probably wont be picked from this site.

The cleaning job was mediocre. It was simply basic. I purchased a whole house deep cleaning but that is not what I received. I had two girls doing the service and they were polite but they asked what I wanted. I believe they should come prepared knowing what was purchased. My house is 2300 sq ft. and it was not dirty with the exception of the guest bathroom but they failed to complete the job. It is upsetting since there was two of them and the house was in good condition. The problem is that the two girls cleaned the same room at the same time instead of being more efficient and distribute the work load. Everyone judges the service differently but what I was provided was NOT deep cleaning and not worth $200!!! I learned my lesson and will save myself $200 and do a "deep clean" myself.

I've used the services of this company before and had no complaints. I paid for a deep clean plus the oven... $199. Sounded like a great deal. What I got was a BAD regular cleaning. First of all, the ladies who came to my home didn't know exactly what they were there to do. I was asked by Natalie what did I want done. I showed her the coupon I had purchased and I told her I wanted what was on the coupon. She told me she and the other lady with her would start upstairs. Instead of one starting upstairs and one down, both ladies cleaned each room together...not using the time I paid for wisely. I didn't say anything because I guessed they had a system on cleaning. The coupon I paid for specifically stated what was supposed to be done for a regular clean plus the deep cleaning items. My wife called the owner Michelle that day but to date, a week later, still no response, but my $199 is in Earthwise House Cleaning's account. Beware!!!! The deep clean was bought so that my home would be extra clean for showing to perspective buyer's. Trust me, for my move out clean, I'm going to stick with a company who stands by the services provided...MERRY MAID!!!!

They came out and performed that I bought and then that was it, I didn't use them again after that. I think I had asked me to give me a quote for routine cleaning and I don't think I ever received that. I would probably not use them again but nothing personal, I just have other people doing that kind of work for me now.

Great experience! They contacted us the next morning and quickly set up an appointment. Thet did a great job - so much so that we have setup a regular cleaning with them every 2 weeks.

Provided tenant move-out/make-ready house cleaning of 4/2.5 bath 2,000 sf rental home. They were punctual, friendly, very detail-oriented and professional. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them. I have used other companies in the past and had to go back and clean myself or hire someone else to come clean again, not this time! I am so pleased!
