No call back to see if I liked the work. Paid for two sessions and has not called about coming back.

It went well except in my opinion, it shoud not take two hours to clean one bathroom and a masterbedroom.

Have used Earthwise Cleaning Services 2 times now (initial time for a deep-clean using their coupon, and a follow-up regular clean yesterday). Their crews are professional, arrive on time (or early), do a good job and are courteous and thorough. Plan to begin using them on a regular basis.

Jasmine came to clean for us twice a week while my husband was away for work, and with three toddlers in the house and a baby on the way, it was a huge help. Not only was her work good, she arrived on time, she stayed in contact with us when necessary (running late, etc), and she sometimes did small extra things when she finished early, such as dusting, which it didn't occur to me to request. Plus, the house smelled amazing after she was gone. The cleaners she used did not smell like chemicals. Toward the end, we ran into some scheduling difficulties, and in trying to remedy that, the owner did not always listen to my scheduling needs, but she her best, and though it's worth mentioning, her company still deserves an A, in my opinion. The owner also seems to communicate mainly via text, which I liked, but not everyone might. I had difficulty when trying to call her directly.

Customer service was awesome! As soon as the order was placed the owner contacted us directly to set up our service. The representative that was sent to our home was very nice and worked the entire time she was here. The only draw back was there was originally supposed to be two reps but only 1 showed. The one that was at our home was wonderful but not every room was able to be completed in the time allotted. The bathrooms looked wonderful and the kitchen was also sparkly. The only room really missed was the laundry room. Basically the tops of the washer and dryer needed a good wiping but we did that ourselves and then the house was perfect!! Would definitely use them again.

Thanks so much! My house is under control again! Cindy was wonderful to work with and helped make everything go smoothly. As a retired couple we are home all the time but have both had health problems the last 2 yrs and the housekeeping took a hit. She was able to do everything we needed to do to get control of the dog hair and dust. Even cleaned the fridge! We couldn't be more pleased! Thanks!

Aside from an initial confusion regarding the address, everything went very well. All rooms looked and smelled great. Very courtious and hard working. I am extremely pleased, and would recommend to anyone.

The service was wonderful. The house was in decent shape to begin with, but they made it shine. What I liked most about this service is that they kept in touch with me throughout the day, from calling me to let me know they were on their way to the house, to once again notifying me that they were wrapping up.

Joanna actually arrived a little early (which was great) and worked diligently the entire time doing everything I asked and more -- things I hadn't even thought of. She was professional, thorough, accommodating, and efficient. I could not have asked for better service. In addition to normal cleaning, she also hand-wiped all baseboards, cleaned a chandelier as well as numerous light fixtures, doors (both sides) leading in/out of the house and -- I'm sure -- other things that I'm not thinking of as I write this review. Joanna (hopefully, I'm spelling her name correctly) was willing and happy to do whatever I wanted done and went above and beyond with additional things she thought of that might need cleaning. I can't say enough about how great she was. I talked to Michelle to schedule the cleaning, and she also was very professional and accommodating. This is a great company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for housecleaning services.

She arrived on time and immediately got to work. I was concerned that it was only one person, but she did a great job.

I could not have asked for more. Tuesday, the person they sent, was awesome. She did an amazing job. The house was clean and I got more than I expected. She really worked hard for the full time. I would definitely use this company again. She showed up on time and worked around a vendor I had walking around the house.

The two workers arrived on time, did a very good job, and were very courteous and professional. We were very pleased and have begun a regular, every two week service.

It was really good the people were nice and professional. There were a few thing they missed but they did a very good job overall.

They responded quickly with a message of a date that they were available, but by then I decided I didn't need the service.

I just bought a house and needed a little help with the initial cleaning. They showed up early! After the two hours, my house looked great.

I was pleased with some other things that they did but there were other things I was not pleased with. They were very cordial, punctual and showed up on time. They did most of the stuff that I thought need a doing but there were several things that they didn't do. I discovered it when they left and I felt like that they should've got into everything because it was for four hours and there were two of them. They didn't get to main things like dusting my dining room table and there were several things upstairs that had not been dusted. I had hoped that all of those basics would've gotten done and some extra stuff. The overall just not what I wanted. I think 199 dollars was too much for what they did. They should have done more.

I was very happy with the service , follow up and final result. They worked hard and I will use them again.

OMG, You talk about service...Tuesday from Earthwise House Cleaning in a word is.... FANTASTIC. Thought she was running and called me an hour before the scheduled appointment and as it turned out she was on time and ready to go. From the cleaning of all appliences to the cleaning of all drawers and the cleaning of our formal dining room table and china hutch (which we left for the new occupants) to cleaning walls and everthing she saw that she believed needed cleaning... she was like a little tornado. She was friendely, professional and did all that I expected and more. We will be using this company again as we have another house that will need Tuesdays "touch" for re-sale. My home is quite large as a two story 3300sft. It will normally takes me two days to clean while being a mom and a wife. I needed a break. This was the first time I've ever used anyone to clean my home. Overall, I'm really happy with the work that Tuesday (name) did. She was pleasant and kept her pace going all day for 5 1/2 hrs. The only things that I realized needed to be done after she left were all the ceiling fans and the top of the refrigerator. Maybe next time.

Put sheets on 2 beds, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. It was one worker for the 2 hours that I paid for, but she needed additional time to finish the job so I was charged extra. She did discuss this with me before she started. I was happy with what she did!
