The cleaners were on time and easy to talk to. Very observant and let me know about how long it was going to take. There was a little issue with the front office and the price and but it was quickly settled. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and co workers.

Before we closed on our new home, I contacted Michelle several times with regard to the Angie's List move-out cleaning deal. Michelle was responsive to my emails. Once we closed and purchased the deal, I was able to schedule an appointment on the day we wanted without any problems. The two cleaners arrived early (they called first to confirm that this would be OK), since they had finished their previous job early, and I walked them around the house to prioritize what I wanted cleaning, in the event that they ran out of time. Then they got straight to work, and I left to go back to my old house to finish packing, as the movers were coming the next day. About half way through the job, I received a phone call from one of the cleaners to inform me that we had a fairly significant roach infestation in our kitchen. She said that she wanted to let me know, since she knew we were planning on moving in the next day. Despite this DISGUSTING situation, they still cleaned my kitchen to the point where I would have never known there was a problem (until the critters chose to reveal themselves to me), Because of her phone call, we were able to get an exterminator over the next morning before the movers came. I am beyond grateful for her consideration of us and our situation, and that they continued to clean, despite the fact that it was so gross (I honestly had no idea, since we hadn't spent much time there). You saved us!!! And the cleaning job was great. I haven't had to worry about how (secretly) dirty the rest of the house was.

I had a coupon for a whole-house cleaning. I contacted them via Angie's list and got a very quick response to schedule an appointment. They were flexible and had something available within days (the whole house special was about 6 hours of cleaning or so). The lady showed up right on time, was very friendly, brought all of her own stuff, and went right to work. She did fabulous work, exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend this service and I actually signed in to schedule another appointment. Thanks for a job well done!

2 ladies showed exactly on time and went to work cleaning and scrubbing. We have a 5 br 3 1/2 bath house. Every bathroom was spotless. Mopped the floors vaccines the rooms, cleaned the ceiling fans and the windows. They were very polite and personable. I would recommend their service!!

It turned out well. The service itself was good but we had some issues with the scheduling as we had to reschedule. They sent one person out to do the job. They cleaned the entire house in that time.

At the beginning of the visit, our assigned cleaner asked about our cleaning priorities. She indicated that she could do everything on our list in two hours and got to work. Everything on our list was completed and looked great.

The housekeeper showed up as scheduled and worked diligently for the 2 hour appointment. In that time she did a fantastic job cleaning 3 full bathrooms and the tile floors of the hallway and downstairs master bathroom. The reason I gave a "B" for Responsiveness - Initial contact with the company after purchasing the deal was very quick. But then we went 2 weeks with no communication. At that time I inquired with the company about the delay. They then responded right away and the appointment was setup. I would not let that prevent me from using this company again as they do really good work but it wouldn't be fair to rate them an "A" because it took me, the customer, to inquire about the delay in setting up the appointment.

I bought the special on Angie's List. One hitch: I assumed when I purchased it that AL would send my contact information. Not so. The provider contacted me through my Inbox at AL and I missed it, so it was some time before I connected with the provider to set the date. Background on the job: we live in a 2-story condo and had remodeled the downstairs living room. We had wood paneling with black stripes in it. We filled in the stripes with putty to make a smooth surface, then sanded the dried putty. Sanding created a fine dust that got into every nook and cranny in the downstairs and some of the upstairs. Even after wiping things down there was a residue of dust on most everything. I purchased the special to address this issue. The special is for "up to 6.5 hours" of housecleaning. You should be aware that the owner likes to send two workers on these jobs for half the time. Because she schedules two, you will get two "reminder" emails because the emails actually go on the workers' schedules. It confused me; I thought I had been double booked because the emails carried two different confirmation numbers. But, apparently, that's an internal thing and not relevant to the purchase. The workers arrived on time. I modified the job to suit my needs (i.e. no oven cleaning). The job was actually bigger than I thought because the workers barely got done with the living room before time was up. In order to do the whole house (approx. 1750 sq. ft.) I would probably need to purchase two of the specials. As an aside, the workers seemed to work well together and genuinely like each other. They were pleasant and worked hard. I marked the price as a "B" because it is almost outside what I have available on a fixed income. I don't know how the proceeds are split, but I do think it would be hard for the company and two workers to make much profit at these rates. The company is insured. The company or workers provide all the cleaning supplies so they have that overhead. In addition, it appears the workers use their own cars so gas/mileage might be part of the overhead issue.

I purchased a BIg Deal off Angie's list and the company quickly contacted me and was able to schedule for the date I needed. I received email reminders about the upcoming service and the ladies who cleaned (Joanne and Bobbie Joe). We're prompt, professional and experienced. They cleaned all the rooms and I was very satisfied with their work. They brought their own cleaning supplies but used mine for the specific areas I requested. The price was reasonable and I plan on requesting their services again.

They did a wonderful job. The girl who came was fabulous. The fixtures in the bathroom looked like new after being cleaned. It was the best $60 I ever spent.

What a job. We purchased seven hours cleaning and it was worth every penny. Team arrived 10 minutes early and did not waste anytime cleaning house from top to bottom. From toilets to closets, to oven, floors if it was in the house it was cleaned. We will be using Earthwise to take care of our home in the future.

As far as Angie's List listed housecleaning services, this one is actually better than some of the others. We used to have our own cleaner who took great pride in her work. I have been dissappointed in all these services. They did an ok job at a high price. I am guessing at the date the service was done. I have used this particular company on at least two occasions. If the question is how do they rate compared to others I've tried, I would say "ok". If the question is how do they rate compared to our personal cleaning lady we used to say, I would have to say "poor", both in quality and in cost.
