Nicole Maxwell did an excellent job of cleaning my house. She arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did everything I expected. I loved the products she used - very environmentally friendly.

The service was provided as a gift to a friend who bought a house that needed a thorough cleaning---she was quite satisfied with the service.

I like that the same person cleans every two weeks. She is timely and very detailed in her cleaning. Products used are animal friendly. Very courteous, friendly, and committed to doing a great job. Cost is $30 an hour. I usually prefer one price per job instead of the hourly rate, but like the service.

was a little disappointed with the service... there were things that were to be done that were either not completed or were only partially completed. Only one girl available to clean due to volume of the holidays which was ok but just didn't do as I thought they would. Lady was very prompt. very professional and worked in a hurry.

They sent a team of two. One of them was a bit slower, but the other was excellent. They did a good job, but they didn't rinse all of the soap residue from the showers, and the cleaner smelled really strong.

The service for the big deal from Earthwise House Cleaning was great. They did a great job. They got everything cleaner than I could have made it. I would definitely use this service provider again in the future.

I don't remember ever using this firm

One of the workers showed up on time, the other was an hour late, but stayed later to make up the time. Overall it was a very nice experience and a great surprise to my fiancé who was out of town at the time.

Joann was early and worked hard the entire time. She was very responsive to my priorities and did a great job in the limited amount of time she had.

It was great. Natalie showed up on time and after a quick tour of the house, went to work. She was focused and professional and when she was done the house sparkled. Great experience.

VERY well. they now come back every two weeks and have since been back for a fall cleaning. EXCELLENT service. Additionally, I would like to say that they respond very quickly and are very helpful in giving us a discount for our military service. Thank you Earthwise!

I told the girl that I needed the downstairs focused on because I had guests coming for Thanksgiving, and I didn't have time to get it all done. I also told her I needed her to clean the two upstairs bathrooms. She said she would start upstairs. Two hours later, she came downstairs to work. She only had one hour remaining. I think she thought I would pay for additional time. I did not. To say the least, I ended up having to clean downstairs myself. This happened once before. I had scheduled for 3 hours of cleaning and the girl used too much time and needed an additional hours. I paid the additional time. This seemed too convenient of an excuse, so I said no. I think she knew I was not pleased. I have previously had great service from this company, but if this had been my first time, I would not come back. Very disappointed.:(

Showed up on time. Got right to work. Only one cleaner showed up, but she worked for the entire time promised. Missed a few details.

The lady cleaning my home exceeded my expectations. She cleaned every area of my home and made it sparkle! I have used cleaning services many times over the years, but she was outstanding. She was professional, very sweet personality and was very careful with my breakables. The kitchen was throughly cleaned as were the floors and bathrooms. She cleaned areas I thought were clean but not as clean as she left them. The baseboards are so clean they look new. I will definately use this service again.

It went very well. They sent one person out to do the job. She did a good job and I was pleased with her services. I purchased additional time from them to clean the house. They are very professional and timely and I got a good value. The scheduling was very easy.

superb, great job, very professional and the house was spotless they were late, really late, but the boss called and explained...basically they were making sure the other customer was satisfied, which is good...that said, I didn't appreciate the comment about getting the early slot to ensure they weren't late again. I suggest they budget more time between appointments, we change our schedules and hope you are on time ok, but...they were GREAT. and we will hire them again, and even went as far as getting a long term contract going team that showed up was super organized, brought all they needed, and just were great

The young lady showed up on time and ready to work(I don`t remember her name). I was happy with the work done at a fair price.

I found getting scheduled to be much easier than I had expected. I had company coming in town the following week and thought I would use that as an opportunity to have the house cleaned by a professional. Before purchasing this deal, I had read in some of the reviews about confusion from scheduling emails and now understand. Since two people were scheduled to clean my home, I received two confirmation emails. The house was cleaned well. I have two cats that are allowed on the first floor so there was some extra cleaning needed because of that. On the second floor, a good dusting was required and completed.

We used them for almost a year - did a pretty good job of cleaning. As time went on they were later and later each time. Had a few times when no one came and I had to contact them and it was usually - oh we forgot - or oh I overslept. We were told the owner had a new boyfriend and had given her phone to another employee to do customer responses, we realized we were not getting the owner and someone else was handling our schedule. As it got worse and the responses because defensive - we stopped using the service. The product used in our shower left a horrible film so we had to ask them to use something else. Other than that we were pleased with the work done. So, in the end we stopped using them because of being unreliable and not because of the service - when it was performed.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with Earthwise House Cleaning. Their work is outstanding. They are always ON TIME and the house looks super clean when they are done. Their staff is friendly and professional. Michelle, the owner, is great to work with. Nicole has been cleaning our house for about a month now, and we cannot say enough good about her and her work. She is outstanding. Overall, just very pleased.

Jessica and Nathima did a great job and made me feel very comfortable about having strangers in my home. House is nice and clean and they were attentive to items that need special care, such as wood floors and natural slate in the bathroom. Very satisfied!

That turned out well and it helped. We really liked her and she was very nice. She is really thorough with her cleaning. She brought all of her own cleaning supplies too.
