Natalie showed up on time, friendly, good job in bathrooms and on hardwood, and the manager (Jessica) was willing to send someone next day to correct minor issues that she missed. Minor issues with time management, not focusing on areas of concern as stated upon arrival (Tile floors, baseboards). Cleaning was good overall but not what we would call a 'deep' cleaning. Second lady was very good (Lou).

Selected because they use pet-friendly products. They were late due to rain and riot client but I was informed promptly so was no problem. Mona and her assistant were thorough, efficient and very very nice. Wish I had done this months ago. The place hasn't looked this good since I moved in. It's an older condo and they successfully dealt with hard water issues I had struggled with repeatedly. Also did things I didn't specify like cleaning inside the microwave (very nice surprise). Very pleased to set up bi-weekly cleaning. Highly recommended.

The Lady arrived with her assistant on time. The moment she entered the house, she started fuming.. said there is construction dust and they dont do construction cleaning. [I had new floors laid out and the crew were behind on sweeping]. She said it would take more time. I said, not to worry I will pay for the extra time. Then she said the dust will cause streaks on the floor and she is will make just one pass and will not try to remove the streaks. Told her that is not a problem. Then she asked what would I want he rto use to mop the wood/laminate floor. I told her to use whatever she normally uses. She said she normally uses water and that it will spoil the floor. So I went to Home depot to get her Bona to wipe the floor. Then she went into the kitchen to inspect and opened the fridge. There was some spilled icecream on the back of the fridge. She said these spots will not go. At this point my patience was weraing thin. I told her she cannot say that until she tries to clean it. Finally she and her assistant went about cleaning. Primary did a nice job in one bath and assistant finished the second. My wife asked the assistant if she had finished the bath and she said she did. My wife did her check and found a lot of dust on the shelves and rods and pointed that to the assisstant. The assisstant said they dont do shelf., not sure if she understood the question. At this point my frustation showed and called the primary and said this was unacceptable and that she needs to do what was contracted and not complain on and on like she was doing from the moment she walked in. The primary responded the assistant was new and did not know and that the checks were done at the end of the cleaning not in between. She said we were interfereing with the cleaning and called her boss [Michelle?] I called Michele and got a piece of her mind [try that for customer service.. when she finished talking.. told her my POV but did not register], said I was harrassing her staff and interfereing with the cleaning. I need to stop and let them do their work. I said fine. I turned around and the two had left. Called Michelle and told her they had taken off.. and she was surpised like I was. Michele was kind enough to send Chris the next day. Chris did an outstanding job single handedly, unfortunately he had told us that he had a hard stop as he had guests over for the superbowl. We did understand that. part. So we eneded up cleaning tyhe rest of the house ourselves .. fans patio etc. I would do business with them for this reason.. in fact gave them contacts for my tenant for weekly service solely because of people like Chris. I gave them F for professionalsm. I know there are two sides of the story.. this is the customer side.

Definitely a job I remember. My crew called me from this job and they were very upset. One of them left crying. Apparently there was a miscommunication. We always clean after construction jobs and this crew is one of the best crews I have. The wife told them that they were staying on the job until they were finished and she didn't care how long it took. She was telling them what to do and pulling them from one area to another. The couple was arguing amongst each other and it just was not a good situation. I spoke to all parties involved that day. I told the customer to just let them clean the house and do a walk through when they were finished - that we indeed clean construction jobs and they were very capable of cleaning their home. But, by this point it was too late. My crew felt like they were being bullied and they left. I sent a man back the next day to finish the job because I didn't want the same situation to happen again. The two ladies came and worked extremely hard and efficient. They cleaned the carpet, bathrooms, hardwood floors, and kitchen. When I asked about cleaning the windows with a window cleaner, they gladly did it without a problem. I highly recommend this company.

Service was awesome! We moved out of the house and didn't do any cleaning ourselves. We had 2 dogs so the house was pretty messy. The two woman did an amazing job. They cleaned the floors, blinds, walls, bathrooms, oven....you an,e it they did it. Had the house looking just as good as when we first moved in. Cost was 225 and worth every penny!!

Not great. They had a scheduling conflict. The person they sent was late. She was on the phone a chunk of the time. I didn't see much of a difference from what had already been done to the house.

I was not impressed with any aspect of this company's service. To start, the employee that came to clean my home arrived 1 hour early and smoked cigarettes in my driveway (in her vehicle)--without bothering to ring the doorbell-or call my phone-(I have a video security system). Later that afternoon, upon checking my email, I noticed she had emailed me to ask if she could start early...After she came in, I spent 15 minutes explaining what services I would like done--she spent another 10 minutes asking me about recurring service, times of availability, pricing etc...I said "let's see how this goes first" Well, needless to say, a recurring service agreement is out of the question. For 2 hours she "cleaned" an upstairs room and half bath. Then made her way downstairs--with one hour remaining. At this point I was still amenable to paying for additional time, because I have a large house and I needed the job complete. The cleaner told me that she would confer with the owner and see what arrangement could be made to get the job done-( as she didn't even finish 1/2 of the house)-then she left. I never heard from anyone with the company again. This is why it is a bad idea to pay for services of this nature by the hour--and an even worse idea to pre-pay for these type of services. There are much better alternatives to this company in the San Antonio area.

This was a 3 hour job to clean a 4 bathroom 3500 sqft house. We had never been to the house before. The girl who did the job is a really good cleaner. Normally when we are early for our afternoon jobs our customers are happy. I don't know the condition of the house or what the expectations were for the 3 hour clean. I checked all texts between myself and the girl that cleaned that day and there wasn't anything about contacting the customer to go back. Either a miscommunication or the ball was dropped on our side. If the customer had called me I would have sent someone else back out and more than likely given him an hour for free. I do not want unhappy customers. We are a service business and we all try to provide the best service we can. I really do have a great crew of girls and they are all very conscientious. Michelle

My review could have been positive had I not been misinformed by the owner Michelle. When I originally called the day before and explained we were wanting service the following day, she was very nice and indicated she could accommidate our request. I explained to her the home was vacant and we had cleaned it but wanted a service to come in a spruce up (window sills, dusting ceiling fans, wipe down drawers and cabinet etc) She suggested we print off the Move Out sheet from her website and highlight what service we wanted. She also suggested that because we needed someone quickly, the recommended sending 2 people to get the job done quickly. She told me the cost would be a flat $30 an hour but NEVER MENTIONED PER PERSON!!! She indicated I would recieve an email confirmation the same day which I never did. I sent her a text at 7:36 PM letting her know I had not received the confirmation and I also confirmed the details she had given me earlier in the day about the cost per hour. We comminucated back a forth until approximately 7:44PM. She never questioned my text but confirmed my appt was at noon and she couldn't resend the confirmation because it was system generated. (I saved the text messages) The next morning, I received the email confirmation but it didn't list an prices but confirmed the arrival time. My husband mentioned they arrived slightly after noon but that was no biggie. The work they did was fairly good however they were using our broom towards the end. They fnished the home in 3 hours flat so I was under the impression the bill would be $90 plus a tip. My husband sent me a text and indicated the cost was approximately $179 after taxes and he had paid the bill and they were gone. When I called her later in the afternoon, she immediately became defensive when I questioned the information she had given me. When I explained to her that she told me the cost would be a flat $30 an hour, she did not tell me that was PER PERSON. I explained to her several times what she had quoted me and I had never used a cleaning service before so I was not aware of how the pricing worked. I also told her that i had the text messages to prove it. She said I was texting her at 9:00 PM and she was already in bed. I reminded her of the time of our conversation and she brushed me off. I asked if there was anything she could do since she had given me misinformation and she said she could reduce the charge by a 1/2 hour because had I used one person, the job would have taken approximately 5 1/2 hours. She also told me to look at her website and it says $30 an hr. I took a picture of her website which does say $30 an hour but it never mentions PER PERSON. She never apologized for her error or showed any type of empathy for the situation. When I read a review on Yelp the next morning from 2012, someone mentioned she was defensive also and it only confirmed why I was treated this way. Instead of accepting her mistake and correcting the problem, I guess she would rather have the negative reviews. 1/23/2015- After reading her response, I'm even more disappointed in the way Michelle does business and her denial of our conversation. Clearly she is trying to turn the review around and I see this as a clear sign of " BAD BUSINESS". So to anyone taking the time to review this message, I definately hope you don't experience what I have. I can't imagine that myself and the person from the YELP review would actually have simular encounters if there wasn't any truth to it. As I see it, she clearly made a mistake and was unwilling to correct the issue to satisfy the customer. I don't get any enjoyment in writing a "negative" review however I do expect EVERY customer to be treated fairly.

I expected this review. What she failed to mention is she inquired about the 7 hour Move Out Coupon for $229.00. The coupons do specify if 2 people are sent then it is half the time. After discussing her home, I suggested she pay the $30hr plus tax to save her money. I told her if it only took 5-6 hours she could save some money. I always inform my customers our rates are per person. By going with the hourly rate she paid $179 instead of $247 including tax. A savings of almost $70.00. She complained she could have paid less with one of the other companies she spoke to. I explained to her I could have sent one girl for 5.5 hours and it would have been the same amount of money. She asked me "What are you going to do before I do something"? I figured she was trying to hold a bad review over my head which didn't sit too well. I told her I could give her 1/2 hour for free - that I still had to pay my girls and I was sorry she didn't understand our rate. I wasn't defensive, I stood my ground. She mentioned her text that was sent at almost 9pm the night before with the $30 rate. I didn't think anything of the rate she quoted to me. Since that is what I quoted her. A move out cleaning on a 2500sqft house for $179 is a good deal. Michelle

Two housekeepers showed up on time and went to work after receiving instructions. They were professional and thorough in their work. The bathrooms and kitchen were gleaming when they were done. They accomplished all that I anticipated that they would in the time allotted. I will definitely use them again. Earthwise sent confirmations of the scheduled date a week and a couple of days prior to the appointment to remind me that it was coming up. That was very convenient.

Tuesday, the young lady who came to clean, was punctual, professional and on a mission to get this place sparkling! She brought her own supplies, which was appreciated, and after a brief discussion of any areas that may need extra attention, she got right to work. Her energy level was amazing as she made her way through each room. At the end of the four hours, this house was tidy, neat, clean and smelled terrific! She was attentive to details and even straightened up a little as she cleaned. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a little extra help getting things cleaned around their place.
