Kimberly and her partner did an excellent job cleaning the downstairs of my house. Detailed cleaning of master bath, master bedroom, wood floors, window blinds, Kitchen and living room. Very pleased with the service and I definitely recommend her service to anyone.

A husband and wife couple showed up on time of the scheduled day. Did an excellent job cleaning the entire house and paying extra attention to details. The team was friendly and made haste with heir work. I will most likely be scheduling a regulate clean with this company. Very reliable and trustworthy

The two-person team was about 10-15 minutes late, but to be honest, I expected it from other reviews. I wasn't in a hurry or worried about that. I let them know where cleaning products were if they needed them (though they mostly used their own products). I left the house for about 90 minutes to get out of their way (and to get my dog out of their way). I was very satisfied with the end product--the bathrooms were sparkling, the floors looked great, and the kitchen was nice and clean. It was like the house was being staged to sell or something. They also paid special attention to some details that I might not have noticed if they hadn't cleaned but was glad they did--like cleaning the shower heads really well and the inside of the microwave. For the quality and the service, I would happily use Earthwise again.

The house was generally clean, but they dusted EVERYTHING. The house smelled exceptionally fresh and clean when they were finished. I really appreciated that they seemed to make more effort than any other company to put things back in place after they had finished cleaning. It used to drive me nuts that we had to go room to room and move furniture and décor back where it belongs after our housekeeper left. I scheduled regular weekly service with this company and we have recommended their service to friends and neighbors.

Two cleaners worked for three hours each and all areas that they got to were cleaned very nicely except for missing a couple of the window sills in the gameroom. They didn't have time to mop the floors in the kitchen or living areas and didn't have time to clean the upstairs bedrooms. But overall, they did a nice job and I was satisfied with the work that was done. I have a larger house (about 2500 square feet) and the service provided was in the nature of a "spring cleaning." Next time I have a deep cleaning done, I will request 8 hours of time so they will be able to finish the entire house.

We had two lovely ladies come by the house and they did an outstanding job! I could not believe the house came out that well. They cleaned everything that was listed on the move-out special. I would definitely recommend them for any cleaning services. As a matter of fact for our new house we plan on having them come a couple times a month. If you have a larger house you may have to pay a little bit extra as the service is only for about four hours (if I remember correctly) of cleaning. But they "do not" waste time and do not pull punches...

It was like for 2 to 3 hours. It was very good. They're very prompt and they send out really great electronic reminder. I asked something and they addressed it very quickly and I have no complaints. I like it.

I used a couple I saw on Angie's List and responded through the website. The instructions indicated I would get a response within 48 hours, I believe. When I didn't hear back right away, I contacted the owner and she was very responsive. Seems to have been just an oversight. We quickly arranged for a date by text and she was able to fit me in by the end of the week. I had contacted her over the weekend. The woman who arrived to provide cleaning was punctual and professional. She worked quickly and was able to get the work done in the time I had purchased. I have a small house but I wasn't sure how much time would be needed of the cleaning. I will likely set up regular service.

Fantastic service. Michelle listens carefully to what you need done and helps match you with the right people to clean. Prompt, professional, responsive when something was broken.

I am in the process of listing my home for sale and my realtor suggested a deep clean for baseboards, etc. I booked it through Angie's list and today two ladies showed up right on time. They greeted me with a smile and were very friendly and professional. I walked them through the house and showed them the layout and what I wanted specifically done. I got out of their way and let them do their work and they worked up to the required time that I paid for. She then walked me through the house and showed me everything they completed and then some. I was very impressed and wish I would've known about them before as I would have used them more regularly. This was also my first time using non chemical cleaner and the house smelled really good.

We had a couple of minor scheduling adjustments which were not a problem at all because Michelle kept me fully informed. (Fortunately, my schedule was open so I did not have to juggle as many commitments as she did.) The cleaning team arrived at the appointed time. I noted that Erica started work immediately, while I was doing the walkaround with JoAnne. When I left, half an hour later, they were both hard at work. When I returned at the end of the time, they were still going strong and finishing up. They cleaned the oven and the refrigerator. They wiped down all horizontal surfaces, baseboards, chair rails, ceiling fans, and cabinets inside & out. They brushed all the walls for dust, scrubbed the bathrooms thoroughly, mopped/scrubbed all the floors, cleaned doors and light switches, and washed windows on the inside. At the final inspection, they were almost apologetic about not getting out some stains which were actually flaws in the paint. The house looks terrific! I am very pleased and will be using this company the next time I need a cleaning crew. Thank you!

Interacting with this business was an awful experience. We purchased the cleaning service through an advertisement on Angie's List. When the first cleaning team arrived(Kimberly and unknown), they came 35 minutes late. They were unprofessional and disorganized. They did not bring all of their own cleaning supplies, and of the ones they did bring, none were special "eco-friendly" products as advertised on the website. They were given detailed verbal and written instructions as to what should be cleaned, listed from what was top priority and also what didn't need to be cleaned. They were in our home for 4.5hrs(per cleaner), 10:45am-3:15pm. Upon returning, it was immediately obvious that none of the top priority items were completed. The baseboards and window blinds were not touched, and the kitchen/downstairs floors were actually dirtier than when we left, with visible streaks and a scummy residue. Additionally, multiple picture frames were crooked, a plastic bathroom cup was completely missing, a glass bathroom fixture was broken with small glass shards left on the floor (they knew we had young children!), and they left our home unlocked when they left! Furthermore, they did some things that we specifically instructed them (verbal and written) not to use their time organizing (making the beds, arranging stuffed animals). What makes it worse is they were given our contact information and specifically asked to call when they were finished; they never called, but told their supervisor they did. We contacted Michelle, the owner, to express our concerns. She arranged for a different cleaner to come the following day. Unfortunately, she never once apologized for the awful service or the inconvenience of having to arrange a second cleaning. The second cleaner, Jessica, was given the same verbal and written instructions. Additionally, a walk-through was performed to highlight the mistakes of the first team. She agreed that multiple things on our list were not done at all, and others were done poorly. She stated "Michelle [the owner] thought that you were just being picky." Which we found to be very unprofessionally rude to assume about a customer. Jessica worked for 3 hours, and overall did a good job. We contacted Michelle several days later with a detailed message about the service we received and asked that we pay only for Jessica's service (~$92), as the first team did not work to the standard of a "Deep clean" that we paid for. Again, there was no apology. She stated that she would contact Angie's list and let us know her decision. After 3 weeks and multiple messages, she finally offered to refund us $30 for the broken item. In summary, the experience with the first cleaning team was absolutely awful, and expecting us to pay for it is absurd. "Eco-friendly" cleaning products were not used. But the most concerning part of this whole interaction was that Michelle (the owner), has on multiple occasions refused to take responsibility for her business.

They are not reliable as far as time is concerned. They send the people out that you request.

They did an ok job, but it was too cost prohibitive to hire them as my regular house cleaner. They said they were willing to come out to my location, but it not on a regular basis, which would have been nice to know in advance.

THis is a terrific service. The owner, Michelle, is very well organized and the cleaning staff arrived on time and following bried instructions from my wife they cleanied out home from stem to stern, Everything sparkled.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. Owner was prompt to respond and schedule. Crew was running behind, but kept me appraised of their ETA. Arrived and got to quickly to work performing a "move-in" clean on the house we just closed on. The house was in good shape, but we wanted a once-over before the movers arrived to start with a clean slate. The crew completed the home efficiently and shared information on items that were out of scope. Crew finished with extra time leftover the owner has credited towards another visit.

They did a great job. The cleaning was thorough. I was very pleased.

My wife and I came home and the house looked great. The service included general cleaning plus the oven, baseboards, ceiling fans, cabinets, changing the linens and making the bed, and appliances on the counter tops. We were really impresed with the glass doors on the shower; they were practically invisible! They actually got all the hard water and soap scum off and the glass was left sparkling clean. They only downside, and it was small considering the great job they did is they forgot the ceiling fan in the living room. I will definitely be hiring them again. A+ job.

I was soooooo happy with this company. They showed up on time and had everything that they needed to get the job done. They were friendly and informative. I had to return to work after I let them in to the house. I felt confident and safe in leaving them behind to finish the job. I can't wait to have them come back again.

The crew that arrived was very thorough and professional. Our house was a disaster and they cleaned and straightened up absolutely everything. We were very pleased with the job and will certainly use them again in the future.

I was texted in the morning letting me know that the cleaners would be 1 hour late. They were an additional 1 hour 45 min late on top of that, which threw off my entire day and caused me to take a day of PTO. However, once they arrived, they were very professional and did a great job.
