They were prompt, professional and did a great Job. I felt that I was treated fairly and even better than fairly throughout the projects. Ill be using them on future jobs as well.

Description of Work: O'Haver replaced the backflow preventer that was damaged by the freeze we had a couple months earlier. The device continued to drip and they quickly returned to clear debris out of the line until it stopped. I notice that there are many different models of this type of device throughout the neighborhood. I wonder if they could have installed a cheaper model. This is the first time i have had this problem. If it happens again, I will ask about options.
