Description of Work: Provide annual septic inspections under a $260 annual contract. Recently, just prior to a scheduled inspection, the trouble light came on indicating that the water spray pump wasn't working properly. M&J responded promptly and performed maintenance on the pump as part of the contract inspection (no additional charge).

Description of Work: The pump went out on Thanksgiving weekend. The company I was with had taken the entire long weekend off. We had company for the weekend and could not use the septic system. MJ came out, replaced the pump, and saved the weekend for our family.

Description of Work: My orange warning light went off, indicating that a clog or motor issue needed to be addressed; aerator motor was replaced and technician also found that the external pvc line to sprinkler system was damaged. Technician replaced and system is back to 100%.

Description of Work: They came to inspect our septic system and do maintenance on it and we bought the maintenance contract from them. Went better than expected. they were on time and very effecient. The price was 250.00 plus 45.00 to replace the broken alarm. We are very satisfied at this time. We will see how the quarterly visits turn out.
