Missy Stagers's whole sales team is very responsive. They have great communication and keep in touch with you throughout the process. I used a different real estate agent before her and she was not successful at all. They're really great people to work with. We had our house on the market for a total of about six months. But we had a contract on it earlier that ended up falling through because of the buyer, so we had to put it back on. It was not too bad, especially since it was a home that was higher priced than some of the homes in that zip code area.

MIssy was very professional and helpful. She did a thorough market analysis for our house and gave excellent advice. The house sold in under a month for the full asking price. We were very pleased with her whole team. Jessica went above and beyond the norm to keep us informed and help us in any way she could. She was able to notarize a POA for my parents that helped streamline the whole selling process tremendously. Missy was available for several concerns I had about the buyer and made several calls to put my mind at ease. She also personally came to the closing. I would definitely use them again!
