They accidentally cut my security alarm wire,a simple e mail was all it took for owner Mark to call me and agreed to pay for the repair. Very happy we chose them to replace my roof.

The work crew are very professional and friendly. They work like a team. Very clean at there work. The crew chief showed me how the work is done from the starting point to the finish. I got my money worth in the metal roofing and the crew.

biggest problems was screws and sheet metal left on ground still finding them not good with 2 yr old grand kids. workmanship and look outstanding. i guess as always attention to the smallest detail is what matters. yep 2 yr olds

The job was done in one day, workers cleaned up after themselves and left no debris. Mark White was very professional in his duties and pointed out addition damages to a shed missed by the insurance adjuster. I am very pleased with their work. Great looking roof.

The representative, Mark White, was very professional and patient. He also researched any information I needed for the Home Owners Association.

It all started nicely. I got a call that the crew would arrive after lunch. And they came after lunch - about 4:30. They had about four separate tasks which they completed. I am not sure they would've completed the job, but they borrowed my ladder (without asking). They didn't however do the expected painting. I assumed that would be a separate crew. I waited a few days, but nobody called or came by, so I called back. Mark remembered the painting part - when reminded - and apologized. I never heard from them unless I called. No one ever checked to see if the work was satisfactory.

Response time of staff was great - they would call right back - they helped with Insurance Claim - kept yard clean - the workers were all very nice people and honest - no problems - Legacy is one great company - so I also got them to do my siding on the house the day after they completed the roof - we are very happy with both the roof and siding - no leaks !!!!!!
