The team did a great job on my roofing project. They were on time every day. Did what they said they were going to do and I didn’t have to bug them about anything. They cleaned up well and got me involved if they had any questions. The estimate was competitive and was well discussed before accepting the job to make sure I understood what I was getting.

I had a house fire and I was completely lost. I didn't like the GC that had been assigned to me and had no clue how to read the insurance paperwork. I was so unhappy with my GC that I sought quotes on my own for roofers. I found Legacy. I hired the company initially to do the the roof, then added the soffit/ overhang. My experience thus far with contractors/ subcontractors - you have to watch them every day. You have to stay on top of them and catch sloppy work and have it corrected. Not with the subcontractors Legacy used for my overhang. All I have is praise. Ask for Sergio! An honest, competent worker who takes pride in his work - they are still out there! And Bobby Kaderka, is an excellent communicator - he doesn't seem to ever sleep - he answers texts at all hours and was very patient with all my questions! When done, I also hired them to paint the soffit (Mike, you're awesome!) and install the gutters. Bobby helped me to understand how to understand the insurance paperwork and helped me every step of the way. I am pleased with their work.

They were very easy to work with. Work took longer than expected due to weather, and we did call them to come back out at the advice of our home inspector for a small change to the roof, but they did so promptly and were very easy-going about it.

The project was a 5 star experience they were prompt and professional.

I found the workmen on the crew were delightful. Hiring contractors can be an intimidating experience, but after meeting and working with Legacy Home Improvement I was extremely pleased and put at ease. The supervisor Bill went up and above to keep us satisfied. Bill always communicated what would be going on and kept us abreast of any changes in the schedule.

Fantastic group. They answered my cal promptly, conducted the work quickly, and cleaned up when they left. Roof looks great!

In December we had the good fortune of having a metal roof installed on our home by Legacy Home Improvements. The general manager of the company was very thorough and professional. He offered the bid, negotiated a fair price and oversaw the complete installation. It is an exceptional improvement to the appearance of our home and their quality of workmanship and materials was outstanding. I would definitely hire them again. My only disappointment was their failure to re-hang two sections of gutter which was promised

These men showed up on time and worked all day, did a good job and picked up after themselves. It only took 3 (three) days and the job was done, over with. Good Job, I am so Happy. I can't tell you how happy, I am with a new Roof, Thank God no Thank You!

The roof was fine, but had issues with the sales people. Asked repeatedly for new decking and it was like pulling teeth. Left a mess of tar around pipes, that were very noticeable, and then had to clean it up ourselves as they refused to take care of it. Asked for extra paint to cover it up, and again simply told what color for us to get it ourselves. Left a mess of nails around the house that we ended up cleaning, after someone got a nail through their shoe. Had a small amount, very small, refunded for our troubles, but not worth it. The roof, which we paid for out of pocket, lasted us one month, until a storm totaled it. When the insurance was going to pay for a new roof, we never even considered this company based on the previous experience.

Had hail damage on April 12, 2016 and called Legacy. Got a quick response from Bill Jones who came out to access the damage. He was very thorough in explaining the process and working with the insurance company to process our claim. The work was completed yesterday May 3rd. Bill and the crew were very friendly and courteous. The crew was very hard working and cleaned everything up when they were done with the roof. They did an excellent job and we would recommend Legacy to others.

From start to finish and working around our crazy springtime weather, they made sure my home was protected and kept us informed every step of the way. On the job the crew was completely professional and did a beautiful job. We have a six sided home that would have challenged anyone else but they made it gorgeous. They made sure everything was cleaned up spotless before they left the jobsite. I can't say enough good things about Bill Jones who took care of us from the pricing negotiations, through the work process. He was on top of the job on a daily basis and kept us thoroughly informed at every stage. He made us feel comfortable and taken care of from beginning to end. If all of these workers aren't well taken care of by the powers that be at Legacy, then they will only be hurting themselves. ALL of these men are a rare find in today's corporate strategy of turn and burn. I would not only recommend Legacy but given the choice, the exact crew would be HIGHLY recommended to any and all I know. Thank you for the extremely enjoyable experience guys, you did an awesome job.

I didn't do metal roof, did shingles. They did an excellent job and cleaned up perfect.

The worker that was sent to do the work was Mr. Vince Perez. He was very meticulous in his work. He was very thorough and I am very satisfied with the finished product.

Awesome group of very hard workers! They all knew what they were doing and even though temperatures got in the 90* they worked together even at times singing together to a tune on the radio! Our roof turned out beautiful. We are very pleased and would refer them to anyone looking at replacing their roof. Bill Jones is not a pushy salesman. He looks at your roof and gives you a quote based on the square footage and the type of roof replacement you choose. You can't ask for anything more. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall great service. Had a torn screen and a gutter torn but I don't think they were even aware of this. Noticed a day or two after project completed.

This company was one of three that I got bids from. I chose them for their professionalism in quoting a new roof for our home. They did outstanding work including the clean up after the job was completed. They did everything they said they would do at the price they quoted. They always showed up when they said they would. I would highly recommend them based on my experience with them.

The price was almost double what they estimated on the phone, but until measurements are done, that is all it is...an estimate. With that said, the company did a very good job, they did it in a timely manner, and Bill ensured all was done to not only my satisfaction, but his as well. Great job!

Great customer service. Replaced 2 roofs in just 2 1/2 days. Very professional and did a great job. The roofs look fantastic. Mark White and his staff did a great job in keeping the lines of communication open. This was a fantastic experience.

Bill and the crew were so professional, polite, and did exactly what they said they would and charged the price on the estimate given to me! I could call Bill anytime with any questions- and always had a smile! I love my new metal roof!! Thanks Legacy Home Improvements!! I rate you a "10"...

I love the roof and they even did some wood trim work for me. The downside is that I am still picking up roofing nails from the old roof and they were pretty expensive.
