The service was excellent, very professional and prompt, but the price was a little steep for me. Although they do guarantee the work, it was still a lot more than I wanted or expected to pay for a new toilet. I would suggest they have more pricing options for the customers. I did get a senior discount which I really appreciated.

this guy was nice but drama. wanted to turn off the water to the whole condo development. only ended up replacing the pump in the tank and charges me $298.00 dollars. what a rip off. i asked about this. he said because he had to hunt for the water cutoff valve. said would give me a discount next time. said he would waive the $25.00 fee to run my credit card. so the total charged is still 298.00; turns out i could've bought the part...only $10 bucks at LOWES. what an ape. didnt even know how to operate his own credit card reader and had to call a friend. never never again will i call this nin-com-poop.

Very friendly very knowledgeable. Informed me step by step of the work they were to perform answered all my concerns very professional. They were prompt. They cleaned up after their installation. They do have a guarantee and they followed up to ensure if there were any questions I might have missed that need answering. Joe was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful! He worked within my budget, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours of my phone call. I would definitely hire him again!

He listened to my experience with issue and fixed the problem in aa timely and quick manner. I had 2 plumbers (not from Home Advisor)out before and the issue was not fixed!!! I had tried to explain to them what the problem was but they did not listen. So it was nice and refreshing to have someone listen to my explanation of the problem. Great job!!!

Greatly over charged I would not recommend him to anyone. They charged $580 to replace a disposal, less than an hours work. Service person was nice and friendly and appears to have done quality work but at a cost.

I'm disappointed. At first I was excited; they estimated a cost lower than other estimates. By the time the job was complete, I received three different prices and exceeded other estimates. I'm more upset for allowing myself to be swindled. I wasn't at home at the time, another family member represented me, and I believe they took advantage of the situation. I should have shut the work down and done it myself which I'm capable of. Lesson learned.

Their work was good. But, very expensive. Replaced water pressure regulator, and charged over $800 to install new one, very expensive!!!!!

He was very nice, did quality work, just a bit pricey. Then again they all are. This kid really knows what he is doing. So I recommend him if you want the job done right.
