I made appointment as emergency. appointment was confirmed for next day. On service day. the service was pushed back to couple hours. i worked around the schedule, but then the service has to be pushed back until Monday. The service day is Friday.

I have contacted Home Advisor and requested an investigation and independent review. I was in an emergency situation with a broken shower/running water on a Sunday. The price I was verbally quoted was not what the final invoice was, and I was presented with extra repairs to my water heater and pipes outside that I did not approve. I was also told if I did not have the extras that were suggested on the original repair of my shower and the work completed that day, that the work would not be warrantied. I was told an invoice would be provided when the work was done and after 2 days was given a hand written list of repairs, with only a total through a text message. I insisted the invoice to be broken down by repair. I was told that all the "extras" that were done would be erased and I would be charged for the original repair that I originally contacted HomeAdvisor for, which was a simple replacement of a Moen cartridge in my shower. In the end, the invoice was $1,952.00 for a $300.00 repair.

Joe Enriquez called promptly after I submitted a quote request and he fitted me into a morning appointment the very next day. He answered all my questions and installed my new kitchen faucet in a timely manner. Since the faucet is a motion detection one he asked if it was okay to install it the opposite way since the soap dispenser was in the way of the faucet handle. I said sure and it is working great! Joe was very personable and it was a joy to talk to him about plumbing and other home improvements. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication prior to and during the job. I found compared to other companies the rates were lower and the work was a better quality.

Plumber lied and conned me into an expensive repair that was not necessary. This company can not be trusted.
