Extremely overpriced, bought the supplies at a famous home appliance store and did not deliver what was promised. Nice guy but you can tell he has to be more of a salesperson than a plumber. They offer different levels of repairs. Whatever happened to just fixing things right? They offer a **band aid** level. Most expensive Band-Aid I have ever heard of. Would not recommend this business.

They did a good job, were prompt and courteous. Thought they were wonderful.

Claimed to have checked for water leaks. Told me to have my irrigation system specialist look for leaks.

Though I thought they were a little pricey, I went with them because of the pre-sale customer service and the warranty. The toilet works great and I am glad I went with them.

The plumber was at my home less than one hour. The fix on the fireplace was easy. We were charged $1090. I called and complained and talked to an unpleasant manager. He reduced my bill by $250. The plumber stil cost us $750 and hour. He told his manager it took 3 to 4 hours. Not true. I wil not use them again!

They were punctual and the technician who was sent to my honest to do the job was very professional and did a nice job of replacing our toilet. We'll hire them again.

A little expensive but I am an old German and everything is too expensive. They also do sprinkler systems but I have not had them work as of yet although, I will give them a try. Their work is excellent and I myself highly recommend them.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. The installation crew left the area clean & they were friendly with my nosy dog.

Our tech David L was great! Very conscientious! Installed a gas line to the kitchen and updated some areas. Stuck with us til we were available for city inspection. Always on time for appointments and good communication!

Richard, the technician, is doing a great job. Very professional and really cares about delivering a quality product. My service issue was out of the ordinary so it was more expensive than what I thought it should be but the reality is you pay for quality work with guarantees. Will use again.

I work for an aged apartment complex and with that being said, when we have plumbing issues, they are usually pretty big deals. William Northington has ALWAYS been there when I needed him the most. He's very professional, knows what he is doing and always explaines to you on exactly what he found and how to take care of the problem. He has replaced the boiler systems I have and took care of any other issues that were presented to him. Not only does he do an amazing job but he also follows up with you after the work was done to make sure everything is running as it should be. If I could give William more than 5 stars, I would!
