I would never hire them again. They told me they would work on the exhaust vent on the side of the house. That was one of the reasons I chose them over several others. They never came back to fix the exhaust vent. Also, I explained to them that the water heater was OUTSIDE the house. They never shared that with the City inspector. He had to come back twice because of a lack of communication. I felt I made a serious mistake when I hired them.

SCAM ALERT: Goettl teaches their tech to LIE and SABOTAGE their way into repairs. We were told we had a Freon leak and that is why our heater was not working. Well then the tech tried to tell us it was three other things and that we should just buy a new unit EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE 4 MORE YEARS OF WARRANTY. Anyway, we had someone give us a second opinion and it was not any of the things Goettl said and the other company found out the Goettl tech LEFT OUT FREON CAPS COMPLETELY LOOSE, to make it seem like we had a leak when we did not. On top of the fact the tech yelled at me in my own home when I was nothing but respectful to him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

I had just moved into a new home and purchased a refrigerator with ice machine. The water line to the fridge was turned off. Where to turn it on, was not obvious from the layout. Goettl traced the supply line to an adjacent wall free of charge within only a few minutes. Would definitely call these guys in an emergency. They show up when expected.

Very expensive for work done. I accepted bid as I wanted to get work done. They left one faucet with a drip and Handel fell off.

Goettl was responsive to my needs and value ridden. Even though I had a number of vendors who responded, Goettl came out that day, confirmed what I thought was wrong and started the work then.

The representative came and did exactly what they were supposed too. Too many times I have had someone try and upsale me but he was professional and made positive recommendations for future service. I was well pleased.

The technician, Ryan, was excellent! Very knowledgeable about water softeners and identified the problem right away. He not only made the repair but showed me what was wrong and rest the softener to the correct flow ratio. and salt usage. Hot water heater flush was done quickly and â no messâ ! Ryan was also prompt, professional and personable.

At first I thought they were trying to convince me to add services that were not needed. However, when it was time to provide a bid for the services they were less than others and did a great job.

I really appreciated the honesty of their assessment. They easily could have charged me thousands or dollars but instead gave me goood advice on how to resolve the situation myself. I definitely will call again for any other plumbing needs.

Ralph repaired my leaking toilet AND did my SAWS Home Plumbing Assessment and found a leak I didnâ t know about and did my water heater maintenance. All the while he was pleasant, professional and educational. Goettl needs Moore plumbers like Ralph!

Hello folks, I have Tristan and Adrian technician s came to my home on the scheduled time. They both explained what each would be doing on the job both very friendly and professional. They finished earlier than expected they protected my carpets with tarps they put down and didn't leave any mess inside or outside. They educated us on our new unit which once reconnected cooled the home down quickly.. They showed us how to control the unit on our phones. Everyone so far that we have meant from this company has been honest and forthcoming and very friendly. I will continue with this company and let others know about them.

Joe B did a great job! He was knowledgeable, professional, and customer oriented. He answered all my questions in a manner I could easily understand.

The Hotel technician arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He disassembled and examined our existing, Glacier Bay RO system and determined that a charcoal filter cartridge had leaked some of its charcoal into the system, which clogged the lines. We wound up having to have another RO system installed.
