Yes! This small family-owned business come out right away to assess the situation and fixed it! All the other companies tried to sell me extra services. I had a prior roof repair less than one year ago with a major company. My shingles were falling off and San Antonio had a rain forecast. Fernandez showed me the problem. They did not nail the shingles down! I could not believe it. Their inspectors even checked the work and gave it a glowing review. Thank you for your honesty and fair price and may you receive many blessings. I am grateful for this small business. There are still small businesses that take pride in their work.

Jesus and his partner arrived right on time, examined the damage and had a bid for me in less than 10 minutes. Since it was less than i anticipated and we had rain in the forecast, I gave the go ahead. He left to get materials, and they got started when he returned. The job was completed by lunchtime. They did a really good job.

I had my roof fixed over 6months ago by this company. I called back due to another leak in the same area but since itâ s been over 6months, they did another estimate and charged another $300. I contacted them Jan 3rd, I was charged that $300 and 3 weeks later heavy rain came and the roof was leaking from the same area, it just got worse. I sent pictures and contacted them, requesting them to come out and fix the same area at no charge due to the 6month warranty. They then informed me the 6month warranty does not apply due to it being a few shingles and that it was a â different areaâ that we requested to be fixed and that they would charge us again. Again, my fiance went outside with them and pointed to the area informing them where the leak was near (guest room and guest bathroom). We are not roofers and donâ t know the fundamentals of roofing however if we are requesting a specific area to be fixed because of a leak due to rain that you just worked on, the warranty should be honored. Very disappointed. I paid $300 for that area to be fixed and it wasnâ t. They were giving me pushback and were not willing to come out again and confirm the area they worked on was fixed, they were immediately saying it was a different area. They are coming with the expectation to charge due to it being a â different areaâ when it was the same area we requested to begin with. Will not work with them again, Iâ ve lost $300 and still have a leak in my roof.
