I was very satisfied with them. They made an appointment and took the car right away and had it ready on time. I had no complaints and I would recommend them highly. They were quite cheap. They were cheaper than the other places I contacted. They definitely had the best price. They were on schedule and did the work. They even found some little additional thing that needed work with the windshield wiper and they did it without any additional charge. Everything that I could have hoped for was done and done well. I would definitely use them in the future.

He didn?t charge me for the consultation. It is hard to judge him because he didn't do any work but he was nice and honest. I would go to him if I ended up needing anything.

I called their shop and was told they could repair the crack that same morning. I was asked if the crack was smaller than a quarter and if so that they could repair it. I took the car, filled out paperwork and the car was repaired while I waited. They called my insurance company and after speaking with the agent discovered that the repair would be paid in full by the insurance. I was told the repair was guaranteed for the life of the car and in the event the repair did not stop the crack, the amount of the repair would be credited towards a replacement windshield.

We contacted this company based upon other Angie's list reports. This company replaced our windshield of our Ford F-250. First they said we had to bring our truck to them and leave it with them for at least 8 hours (so we had to rent a car for the day). They said b/c of the size of the windshield it would take at least two people (even though one person had replaced the windshield on previous occasions). Then we drove out of state two weeks later and the windshield adhesive began to come out. We had to duct tape the window in order for it to stay in place. Because we are active duty military and moving out of the country we could not contact the company directly, but we are extremely unhappy. When we return from overseas in 3 years, we will have to see what can be done with the window that we duct taped to stay in place! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as the work was obviously inferior and expensive (especially since we had to rent a car for the day and the work was substandard).

A good impression was gleaned from the first phone call, answered by "Tally". She was quite adept at asking and answering questions, gave a complete estimate, and was up front about a four hour waiting period after the glass was replaced. I made an appointment for two days later. When I took my car in, Estrada's drove me home. My wife drove me back to the shop for pickup. The estimate was correct to-the-penny. The job was completed "like new" in the promised time.

Not well, the initial phone contact was great & we set up an appointment to find a leak in our truck's rear window. However, when I showed up for the appointment, I was informed by "Ian" (same person my wife made the appointment with) that he didn't have anyone available. I asked him if he could just check the truck to see if they could fix it or not & he very reluctantly walked with me out to the truck. He quickly informed me that they probably couldn't fix it because someone had already tried to fix it and the only way would be to replace one of the rear window panels for approx $300 and no guarantees that the leak would be fixed. If his attitude had been different, I'd probably have had the work done, but this was clearly not a place I wanted to do business with!

I saw previous good reports from Angie's list and gave them a call. After taking my information, they gave me an exact cost and did not waver from it. They work on appointment only, which could be a problem for someone who has a problem that makes the vehicle undrivable. For me, it wasn't a problem. Showed up for my appointment a little late because they're a bit hard to find (in a shopping center in the corner). They didn't mind, took my keys and had the work done within a couple of hours. Was a great experience and I won't hesitate to use them again.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL WITH GLASS REPLACEMENT, SOURCING AND PRICE. AFTER INSTALLING THE GLASS NEEDED TWEAKING. ESTRADA'S CAME OUT ON THEIR OWN TIME TO REPOSITION THE GLASS.

EXCELLENT. THE WINDSHIELD WAS PULLED OUT AND RE-INSTALLED WITHOUT DAMAGING THE GLASS OR MY VEHICLE. EVERYTHING LOOKS LIKE IT DID BEFORE. THERE IS NO ADHESIVE OOZING OUT ANYWHERE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. IT LOOKS AS IF IT JUST CAME FROM THE FACTORY.

ALL MY REQUESTS WERE MET ON THE BRAND OF GLASS AND THE FINAL PRODUCT OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE INSPECTION STICKER AND REGISTRATION WERE ALSO RE APPLIED TO MY SATISFACTION.

ESTRADA'S CAR GLASS WAS ABLE TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD ON MY PICK UP WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY DID SUCH A CLEAN JOB. MY WINDSHIELD LOOKED BRAND NEW JUST THE WAY IT LOOKED WHEN I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE.
