Hard worker and tries very hard to accommodate all his customers. NOT an 8-5:00 worker thatâ s for sure! Since he owns his own business, he takes pride in that. Iâ d hire Mark again.

Mark came out on a Sunday and did a temporary fix until the new system was installed the next day. His employees were very respectful of myself and my home. Everything is working great.

They came to give an estimate on a Sunday and ordered the required part. The problem was fixed Monday. I would 100% recommend.

The owner provided the estimate at my home. He was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. Scheduling the replacement of my AC during a 100+ degree heat wave was surprisingly fast. The crew were on time, efficient, and polite. A technical difficulty I reported the day after installation was attended to immediately by the owner. Very competitive pricing, with some great extras provided. Highly recommend Coolmark and will use them as my go-to HVAC service going forward.

Mark made himself available late into the evening in order to fix my renter's A/C at the start of the summer heat in Texas. I highly recommend this company for it's responsiveness, professionalism, and execution.

Our AC went out and he came and hour after we called, replaced the capacitor, and it worked perfectly!

This repair man listened to my needs and wants. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

The capacitor on my AC unit went out and he came out ~2 hours later (about 8 pm) and diagnosed and replaced it in about 20-30 minutes. Great service, price, and experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice professional polite and swift service

Installation was fast, the same day. However, a wrong part was installed on the line causing horrible noises. It took over a month before Mark corrected the problem. Last month, had problem with the compressor. I asked for service on his web site and never got a response. No answer to my phone call, and no answer to my text msg. Receiving no response from this Company is the norm. I regretted my decision of using Coolmark soon after installation.

Mark was very customer friendly and provided a fair price for the work done.
