Coolmark Heating & Air

My HVAC system was not working properly. I used Home Advisor to evaluate several HVAC contractors and chose Coolmark. The next day Mark arrived on schedule to evaluate our system. He explained what was wrong and provided us with a few options. We chose to have the system replaced. The system included two attic systems and he quoted competitive pricing. The next day Mark and his crew arrived to begin replacing the systems. They where very professional and completed the first unit replacement that day and returned the next day to replace the upstairs unit. Mark was there to make sure everything was installed correctly and operating as it should. He want out of is way to make sure we where happy with the new system.

Mark and his crew did some outstanding work. Mark came to check why my old system wasn't working on a holiday, showed why I needed a new system, next day it was installed and running. He even came back two more times to check and make sure it was running correctly. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, great service, great person.

Mark runs a professional and thorough air conditioning operation at more than competitive pricing! He explained the issue in understandable terms, and proceeded to do the repairs efficiency, pointing out the problems while he worked on the fix. Hard worker; great work ethic!

I wish I could give this gentleman more than 5 stars! In a house full of women, we tend to get overcharged or told we need more work done than we actually do. Not only did Mark come out on short notice after 5:00, he fixed the problem, helped with our cleanup, and had very reasonable rates! He will definitely be our Go To guy in the future!

CoolMark came out on short notice, blew out the drain line, and got my A/C system going on a Friday night.

Contacted me immediately that night was at the house within 10 minutes addressed the problem quickly and within the hour we had ac again. Knew what he was doing and took care of the job without extra charges or mileage etc. Great job Mark!!

These guys are just the best. I had tons of quotes that were outrageous and this company was reasonable and much quicker than anyone else I talked to. Able to identify and solve the problem in 1.5 hours when other company's were unable to tell me what was even wrong.

He fixed the primary problem but didn't fully check everything. I am still running at 79 degrees versus 90 but at least I get some cold air. Update:The A/C went out again, Mark Called me and he is coming out tomorrow. Great Service!!! 5 stars for service!!!

Mark provided exceptional service. He arrived quickly and at the exact time he had told me to expect him on a very hot Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable about my AC and found the problem. My AC was working when he left and he followed up with me later to make sure everything was working good. He was fair and honest. Will definitely use this company going forward.
