We now have to use a new plumber because the job is bigger than they can handle because they have to do a tunnel under our house. They identified the problem. It was not much. I would rate them as an A.

They were just fine. They came out quickly and took care of the issue effortlessly.

I was having problems with my a/c and they came and realize that I did not have enough coolant.

Needed a replacement cell (black light) for my Guardian Air Reme 305 system and after searching online I found the entire system on Amazon for $498.00. When I called Christianson to get a quote for replacing the black light only (since I already had the basic product installed in October, 2012), Gil gave me a quote of $485.00 installed. Amazon.com sells the entire system for $498.00. To change the light requires small effort and it is my understanding from talking to the manufacturer and other HVAC companies, requires very little time. I have used Christianson since I bought the house 2 years ago and was very disappointed in their pricing. Would I use them again? I guess so. The previous work they did for me was acceptable so it would depend on the situation. The light replacement part alone (no installation), runs about $249.99 retail online. I'm assuming wholesale cost would be even less. I just felt like $150-$200 labor to put in the light was too much, so I used another company who put the light in. Took them about 10 minutes and the cost was over $150 cheaper.

We had a spike in our water bill. We suspected a leak, but had no idea where it could be. We tried turning off everything in the house and the sprinkler system, but the meter's leak detector continued to run. Christianson's plumber, Jeremy, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. After explaining the situation, he checked several things and quickly located a leak in the control box of the sprinkler system. At that point we decided to find an irrigation system specialist to pinpoint and fix the problem. We have used Christianson before and would so again.

I have used Christianson Plumbing many times and have always been pleased. I am most pleased that they replaced a pressure reducing valve that failed after one year at no cost to me. What integrity! They also fixed many problems in my house, some of which were quite involved. They did not charge a truck fee nor a service call fee. I was also able to ask for a master plumber and that was no problem.

It was my first time using the company and everything turned out great. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 1 hour. Their pricing was competitive. My wife primarily dealt with the technicians. They showed up on time and I had no problem scheduling them out.

When I bought this home, their sticker was on some of the appliances and various things around the house. They installed the plumbing in our new home. They really try to help as much as possible without having to come out to your house. I had some disposal problems in my kitchen. I called them, they listened to the sound over the phone, diagnosed the problem and directed me to fix the problem over the phone. It was a small screw and I got it out myself! There was no charge for this, the are happy to save you money and an unnecessary visit. Another time, I smelled something whenever I used my bathroom sink. I didn't know what the problem was. I called a water softener company and scheduled for someone to come out. I thought, let me call Christianson as well, as there sticker was on the water softener. They answered promptly and asked a lot of probing questions and was able to help me over the phone again! I thought it was a big problem and it was not. I just needed to pour cleaner in there and it was all better. They gave me detailed instructions and it was an easy fix. They are not trying to swindle you out of money, they told me if we come out we will have to charge for a non-manufacture problem and we want to ensure that we need to come out. I really appreciate learning what I could do to fix my own issues. I was able to cancel the other plumber and I feel like Christianson saved us from having to pay a plumber.

We now have AC back and in Texas that's a necessity. Pat Kelly arranged the proposal and worked with us on our requirements. His quote was clear consise and accurate from the start. We had gotten what initially looked like a better quote from another vendor but once we werr able to compare the two as equal offers, we chose Christianson for their honesty, accuracy on our needs and lower pricing. We had used them in the past and they have been servicing our other home with twice a year pre-season checkups. We will plan to continue this in our new home. As for the day of the install, they arrived even earlier than Pat had promised and the day started at 8AM with 2 trucks, several boxes and 4 installers. They quickly went to work and were done by 1pm. They kept both the outside and inside clean as they worked. They removed all the old equipment and did a thorough job with the installation. After the house settled at temperature, they took the time out to explain what they did and how to maintain it. For anyone in the Austin and Round Rock area, I'd recommend this company and their service to anyone.

I got estimates from other companies and Christianson was considerably lower in cost than the others. I had also used their services before, several times, and have always been pleased with the results. I would use them again in the future.

Large purchase so we had 4 bids from 4 companies listed on Angie's list. All companies were very professional and all offered great information and suggestion. Since we wanted a Trane system we were able to narrow down to two companies. Christianson offered the best price. The install was setup. The installers showed up on time and were very open to the numerous question that I had about the process. The team worked straight through until job was complete (nearly 8 hours). At the end of the install Joe went over a checklist of all work done and walked us through the system and the thermostat while his assistant cleaned up all the debris. Overall the install went a good as a major install can go. Our sales representative, Pat Kelly, was very informative and patient with all our questions. Pat also helped with the paperwork process, registering the system with Trane and city rebates. So the first part of the process has gone well. The system is running and all functions as expected. As I understand it the most important part of a new heating and cooling system is the install. Time will tell if this was successful but from what I observed all the work done correctly and professionally. We are completely satisfied with the results.

Christianson said there was not anything wrong with it.

The technicians showed up earlier than scheduled but fortunately I was home. The two technicians got to work right away and identified where the best place would be to install the additional return since the location I identified would not work. The job went well and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call this company again for any heating and air conditioning work. They did a great job and fit me into their schedule quickly.

Air conditioning was out and they were able to respond quickly. The tech diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix.

When Angel came out for the estimate, he and his team really spent some time underneath the house to ensure that they had a good understanding of what the job entailed. This gave us confidence that he was giving us a solid estimate that would most likely not have additional charges (and it didn't!). Next, we were happy to learn that he would be doing the work if we were to choose Christianson. We ended up choosing them and are very happy for it. They were very professional as they took only slightly longer than they thought. This was fine because they did tell us that it would once they knew. Angel explained everything that was going on and even showed us the work that had been done throughout the crawlspace. We feel very confident that the work was done and done correctly. We learned about Christianson when we were at the Zilker Park Theater this past summer. We liked that they were a big sponsor of it so we thought we would give them a call for our upcoming plumbing work. We're so glad we did. We got the work done that we had been wanting to get done and found a good plumber.

Went terrible Chrstianson installed the AC/Heating in a newly built home The AC/Heating was still under warranty. We were having trouble getting the master bedroom cooled off. The first guy came put on shoe covers that were dirtier than the shoes he was wearing borrowed a golf club and tapped on the vents that I had closed in the unused rooms and explained to me how I didn't understand HVAC blah blah. The bedroom still did not cool off I ask them to come out again. The next guy came out and I remarked that the pervious guy was just and quot; shining me on.and quot; he then proceeded to dress me down in my own house. When he went to get his ladder I asked him not to come back in. To Lennar's credit (the home builder) they hired an outside contractor they fixed it in less than an hour it was something very simple. Biggest problem I felt that Christianson did not want to honor thier work or warranty. The feeling was that it was an inconvience for them. and quot; we already got your money dude.and quot;

Paul was was very efficient. He had someone help him carry the unit but Paul did the work. He knew exactly what he was doing. He gave us a fair price. He said they don't do any people but he gave us some people to call. The people he gave us were good people but they couldn't do anything for us until September and that was just in July. We kept hoping somebody could start sooner. We had 2 other bids from other companies and we think they were pretty reputable. Right now, our machine has worked wonderful since he's put it in. The machine is stainless steel on the outside. It looks clean and it works well. It;s stable on the ground and it doesn't take that much space. He got it as close as he could to the hot water tank so it wouldn't take up too much of the garage. He knew all the short cuts but he didn't take them. He said that we have to order the unit. The unit came in after 3 days and was out there and put the unit in. The machine has got a 10-year guarantee, he showed us the folder, we have a written information about the unit that we have. He said the company is in business for 20 or more years. So it's a very high-end water softener. He was up font and very honest about all of these. He was here when he said he would be. He didn't have to go back to get his equipment, he has all of it with him. He told us not to buy any bath tub with an American Standard Americast because they're just enamel based and they crack the minute you bump them. So I went by Paul's advice. He's just been very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone else.

The system check of our two units was scheduled. One unit was very low on freon. It was determined the A-coil had a leak. The unit was still under mfg warranty, so the part was and quot;freeand quot;. Labor was expensive. But they took their time, and made it right. We got a second opinion on the labor, and it was fair. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. Even made a phone call to a more senior technician when the encountered a problem.

Christianson was able to come out with little notice on a Holiday weekend to replace our hot water heater. Response time and cost were less than quotes from other companies. We have used their services in the past and have always been pleased with the results.

This is the 2nd year I have use Christiason for checking out the AC. I find the scheduling staff very cooperative and are responsive to customer needs. They are very flexible in scheduling and changing appointments. If requested, they call ahead of time on the day of appointment to give you a heads up as to when the service technician will be arriving. Their service techs are professional, knowledgable. After the service is complete, they go over all the items and give you a snap shot of what is going on. In short I am very satisfied with Christiansons and recommend using them.

The 2 gentelman from Christianson called before coming to confirm arrival time, they showed up promptly, were very professional. They did exactly what I needed them to do for my master bath reno. No hassles, no issues. One of the best contractors I've worked with.

They showed up in a timely manner, did the installation, gave me my information, paid them, and they left. I have to assume they did a professional job since I cannot climb the stairs to the attic. The technician was nice and took pictures to show me on his phone. I appreciated that even though I was not sure what I was looking at. So far, so good, no problems. Must replace Media Filter soon and they are $50+ and you order from the company. I have since been told I paid too much, but I'm not sure that is a fact. They did give me one free HVAC checkup good for one year.
