Description of Work: Installed 50 gal electric water heater. Installed (rerouted, drilled through a rock wall) the pressure relief (T&P) line and drip pan drain line. I provided the new water heater. These guys were very professional, knowledgable and competent - did an excellent job for a fair price.

Description of Work: I called Capps Plumbing yesterday afternoon to request service to resolve a low pressure problem in my shower. Capps came first thing this morning and determined that the problem was a temperature sensor in my Moen shower valve. They suggested that I call Moen since Moen would probably send a replacement part for free. When the part is delivered, I will call Capps to install the valve. Meanwhile, they did not charge me for this visit. I was truly impressed with the service.

Description of Work: The service person arrived and quickly fixed the problem. I'm too embarrassed to define the problem, but it was dreadfully simple to fix. The service person managed not to laugh. I'd call them again just based on his ability to withhold his laughter.

Description of Work: installed a hot water recycler, so I have hot water in my bath. Being at the back of the house it took more than 5 minutes to get hot water. | |On time and knew his stuff. Had a little trouble setting the timer. No hot water in the AM in my bath, but plenty of it at night. But, I prefer taking a shower in the AM. So now I have it on all the time, which I don't think saves me any money.

Description of Work: I'm a single woman who purchased a drain clearing and water pressure test. I received 3 different quotes for recommended repairs from the technician. I was told I had a broken pipe under my slab without running a camera to verify that. I was also told my water pressure was too high and he recommended I install a pressure release valve with a tank. I called the city to make sure the pressure issue wasn't related to them. City found my water pressure normal and that I already have a pressure release valve by the water meter. This company has received very good reviews and my situation may have been a rare exception; however, after my experience I am not comfortable recommending them.

Description of Work: While doing laundry dirty water backed up into my kitchen sink and flooded the garage floor..what a mess and most people were not working because of the holidays. Mrs Capps Plumbing not only answered the phone but her husband came out within 2 hours and cleared the drain, I was so grateful and the price was very reasonable.
