I needed options for cooling a room in my house and the a/c was determined to be working properly so I contacted Bondoc to come out and assess and they were able to take care of all of my insulation questions and needs and even helped with roof ventilation options. Always professional and responsive and they offer great quality of service.

The team of workers were like a well-oiled machine. Everybody knew their job and they went after it. They left the property in better shape than when they arrived and were very cordial. The roof went up very fast and on time. I would highly recommend. I have had a few of my neighbors come over and give me compliments on the roof job, thanks to James and his men. A job well done!

After the Bondoc guy looked at it, he discovered two areas that were not properly sealed. He sealed them on the spot and saved me thousands of dollars. He tested his seal and it has rained since, with not a leak in sight.

I was told they were coming out at a specific time and they showed up several hours late. They were very apologetic. We rescheduled for the next day. Once they were done, it was a fantastic job and I would hire them again. They took their time and did a great job.

Great. We had several companies come give assessments and repair estimates and we selected Bondoc Roofing. James was professional and timely and gave us great advice. Other companies said we needed a whole new roof, but after a thorough examination, James said that the roof was actually in good shape and only needed a few repairs. We felt he was honest and was acting on our behalf rather than trying to sell us a complete replacement. The crew was great and finished the work in a single day. Bondoc responded quickly to my request and offered a very competitive quote less than we had received from other companies. They were able to schedule the repair within 2 weeks. Prior to the date, they called to ensure the time was still convenient and then again on the day of repair. The crew was very professional, courteous and efficient. During the repair, they kept me apprised of what was going on and the work they were performing. When they finished, they did an excellent job cleaning up and ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. I have received several calls since the repair to inquire if everything was OK and the work was completed properly. We could not be happier with a roofing company. Quality and excellent service at a good price.

Excellent. An inspection and quote was given on spot. Roof replacement was performed in a timely manner. The first payment was sent (I paid half upfront), supplies were ordered and delivered, then crew arrived and completed the work within one day. Afterwards I walk through was done to ensure there were no issues and a follow-up call the next day to finalize job. I paid the second and finale payment and was sent the warranty paperwork in the mail. I was kept informed through the entire process from start to finish (ie: supply delivered, arrival of crew, time frame of project, completion of project, etc). All personnel were knowledgeable and professional and answered all questions.

From start to finish, the folks over at Bondoc were polite and responsive. As issues came up - due to weather etc - they took care of things. I would hire again.

I called Bondoc, made an appointment to get an estimate, and after I got the estimate the roofer came within a few days to complete the repairs. I would definitely call them again. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by James, the Bondoc representative who came out to give me an estimate and explain what and how they would perform the work. Because of the impression he made, I referred a relative to Bondoc even before any work had been done on my home. The work on my roof was done when promised and completed on schedule. The workers were courteous and professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the day and when the work was completed. When the work was done, James did a walk around with me to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction -- and it was. I would not hesitate to call them again, should the need arise.

I contacted 5 or 6 companies looking for an estimate. Bondoc is the only company that actually came out looked at the roof and then gave me an estimate without looking at my insurance adjusters report. The OTHER companies told me that the cost would be whatever the insurance company pays, which did not sit well with me. Additionally Bondoc asked about the HOA requirements to ensure that my new roof would meet the HOA requirements. Once we agreed on a price, things moved quickly. The supplies were delivered on time and the roof was completed on-time. The work crew was professional and did not leave any mess behind. My new Roof looks great and during the several storms that have come since hte replacement not a drop of water has gotten past the roof. I would hire Bondoc again anytime I need roof repair..

roofers did a great job very clean very fast.office did a great job on leting us know when job was to be started and delivery of materials. estimate person was vary helpful and knowledgeable showing us different types of roofing materials and colors .
