Prompt, courteous, discussed options, fixed. All good.

The technician arrived on time and performed the scheduled winter service check. We purchased our AC/Heating system from Beyer in 2005, and have trusted them to maintain our system. They are always prompt, courteous, and provide quality service.

I did not have them to the work. I called a friend and he and I dug at top of slop by water faucet, we found leak and we repaired I for less than 60 dollar. The tech has no experience.They did not know what they were doing. But they charged me 185.00 for digging in the wrong place.

Overall they were excellent. I would use them again in the future.

I had a leak on the side of my house where apparently my connections to my water softners are running to. I called beyer boys because of their reviews on AL. And they were awesome. I was told to expect the workers between 4pm-7pm. and they gave me a courtesy call right before coming out to my home, they showed up at 4:10pm Wow! Javier and Randy came out as professional and courteous as can be. They took a look at the problem, they quoted me 300-500 (depending where the leak would be coming from ie.. under the foundation, above, side...) So they located the problem, a faulty PVC pipe...it took them 40 min. to cut, replace and another 30 min to wait for glue to dry. They tested water pressure and checked the pvc pipe to ensure no leakage. It was complete. I couldnt believe how fast and proficient these guys were. I was already thinking $$$$.00 but it was reasonable ( all the digging and mud!) And Javier gave me some tips on how to take care of my pipes (invest in a water softner) and how to correct my water pressure. I will recommend to my family members and fellow friends. And i will use them again (if i ever have the need for a plumber) THANK YOU BEYER BOYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I am very pleased with their services. If they find something wrong they fix it for a discount.

They did a great job. Cleaned up after they were through and worked for hours till it was fixed. I would have them again.

They actually come an done a service for us, one of the complimentary services. They are just really nice guys and when they say they'll be here, they are here. They do really good work. The maintenance is free. We paid for like an extended service agreement warranty. The air conditioner itself came with a five year guarantee.

They come 24/7 and there is no extra charge on weekends. They are always punctual and so sweet. They have a night crew and when you call them in the middle of the night they come right over. The gentleman that came worked for 4 hours trying to find a leak in the house. They have such fine young men that work there. I will always call them for help!

Water had accumulated for several weeks under the house. Some structural damage.

They ran a fiber optic cable through it and found that it was completely blocked and they had to order a part. Pricing was reasonable for everything that they did.

They are great and I have used them since 1999. I don?t think I can find anyone better besides them. I know the people and they are honest and they do great work. I?m sure Angie?s List have comparable people on their list but I am very satisfied with the one I have. They have reasonable prices. They do quality work and have quality prices so that is what I am interested in.

Their reliability is what makes me keep on using them. They come when I need them. They work around my schedule. They are excellent. I would tell a friend or a neighbor to go with them and that they can trust them. Their professionalism is always an "A". I have not had any stains left on my carpet. They are always very careful.

They provide good service. I have got a package plan and I pay a certain amount, and they come out twice a year. They are not cheap but they are fair and efficient. I am impressed with my HVAC system. They do good work. The technicians are professional and courteous, and they clean up after themselves.

Jeff who worked on my hot water heater was honest and did what he was supposed to, but they did not clean up like they should have at the end. When they came back to diagnose the cause of an odor Javier and an apprentice came and said in order to find the cause of the problem, they would need to open my wall, and I refused. He had turned off the water outside and when he turned the water back on, there was a leak under the guest bathroom sink. I brought it to his attention and he looked and said that the problem was the stopper, but he fixed it. After they left I went back into the bathroom and the leak was still there. I know for sure that leak was not there before they came. I called and told them about it and they sent another apprentice out they said a valve had broke open and that was the cause of the leak and fixed it. I called back and asked them why someone would have left with the leak still there? I spoke to Pat Beyer and he told me that for the plumber to get into the truck that alone is $50, and since they did not charge me to come back and fix the leak that they left I should feel lucky I was not charged. Mr. Beyer was rude to me about a leak that I did not cause and was not there before they came to my home. I had been looking for an honest plumber and I told Mr. Beyer that I would no longer be able to use their service, but he non-chalantly just said ok and did not seem concerned at all.

Spoke with Service Manager Eric Luna on the phone and after some discussion, ordered the replacement cell bulb for my Guardian Air Filtration System, the Reme 305. Two days later Jason came out to replace the bulb and do a winter checkup on my furnace. At first Jason had the wrong bulb which was not his fault. His paperwork did not reflect the proper model number of my system. So he went back to the distribution center and got the right one, brought it back, installed it quickly, checked my furnace and was very pleasant and professional to work with. Jason had previously replaced a capacitor on my a/c system in the summer and was delightful to work with then also. This company responds quickly and efficiently and their technicians are polite, well-groomed, punctual and professional. The Service Manager was also very nice and explained the situation in a patient, professional manner. I will definitely use them in the future.

We were able to get an interest free loan for 12 months so that was what we opted to go with. They are reliable. They will come knock on my door. If I have a regularly scheduled maintenance coming up, I get an email and reminders that they are coming out to service my system. We have them on a golden plan and they come out quarterly and service the system. They get the system ready for the summer and get it ready when it gets cold for the winter.

After requesting service and a second opinion on the replacement of a HVAC system for our house I received a call from Beyer Boys to say that that my name and number had been sent to a salesman for contact. That was on Friday 10/17. Since they are closed Sat and Sun I called Monday morning to try and arrange an inspection/estimate. I talked to Erica who was very nice and said again that she would have a salesperson call me . After waiting all day for a call that never came I decided to go with another company. I don't feel it's my responsibility top chase down a company to give them my business and frankly it's a bad first impression. They have good reviews on here so apparently they do good work. If were able to talk to them I might have been able to find out for sure. Good luck with your requests if you try.

This is the third time this is happened in the 13 years of owning this house. I notice a wet floor or ceiling and it's just the copper pipe going bad after 20+ years. This time, they said they were very busy, but they were still out in two hours! The two guys that came out were very professional, did a good job with the repair, and recommended a good drywall repair person. Very impressed!

I haven't used them for plumbing services but I like their air conditioner service. They are just very competent. Our preacher recommended them and our friends used them and recommended them and from what I know and what others told me, so far so good.

I called them on Labor Day and was surprised they were able to get out to my house on a holiday. I though there would be some charge for that but there wasn't! Unfortunately they had to order a motor since I have an older furnace so they were unable to fix until the next day. But I was very impressed with how professional overall they were.

78154Who knows how long this pipe was busted but I can tell you it was long enough to more than double my mom's water bill. I called Beyer mid-day hoping that not only that someone could come out that day but also that they could service plumbing on a manufactured home and they delivered. I was told by a friendly scheduling person that someone would be out between 3pm and 7pm. Perfect! When the technician arrived he went right to work. He immediately found the problem which was a kinked water cold water line. He did need to make a trip to Lowe's but since one was less than 1/4 mile away this was no big deal. Even with the trip to the store he had the water back up and running with no leaks within 1 1/2 hours. Since this was for my mother she was a little nervous with someone she didn't know but he put her mind at ease with his professionalism and friendliness. And now my mother no longer has a mosquito swimming pool under her house.

They're now my plumbers, no more searching for plumber, I give them an A plus because they cleaned the tank, the vents that don't fit, they made it fit correctly, they fix things, they really fix things.

I've been very pleased with them. They're very responsive and have a 24 hour hotline that you can call when it gets extremely hot.

Obviously,I am not going to sign a Blank check with these people ,everyone else I called had some sort of figure,and about the same price range across the Board. How could they not know??
