Description of Work: Replaced the carpeting in the entire house. This was the fourth flooring project I've worked with Atlas and each time the sales personal were very knowledgeable in what was available on the market and able to discuss the various pros and cons of different types of carpet. Installation personnel were prompt, hard working, friendly and professional. As far as I can tell the job was done perfectly. Weather extended the job from two days to three since they could not moved furniture or cut the carpet outside, but no impact on the quality of the job.

Description of Work: Replaced carpeting with ceramic tile (2 rooms) and with laminate (3 rooms). Contracted co. was very professional. Also left outdoor work area very clean on a daily basis. Did not seem as if anyone was working there. Painter was also contracted to paint moulding. Also very professional.

Description of Work: We had ceramic tile installed in the majority of our home. The sales/ordering process was pleasurable. Ken guided us, but did not apply pressure. Ken came out in person to measure our home. The installation crew, led by Fransisco, was awesome. We had to live in the house that week and they worked very efficiently while minimizing the impact on our lives. Fransisco kept the crew moving. I never saw someone standing around waiting for the next part, or for further instructions. As to quality, it was a perfect job as we have not noticed a single blemish. I would recommend this company and crew highly.

Description of Work: They installed laminate wood floors throughout my home with the exception of the bathrooms. They installed tile floors in the bathrooms. The work was excellent and I highly recommend working with them. John Hall was terrifically helpful and professional throughout the process from selecting the flooring to the last details.

They did the installation in one day. They even moved all of my furniture for me and then moved it back. They came back a few days after the installation was done just to make sure it was holding up well and that I was happy with it. I was very impressed.

 + -1 moreIn the summer, I had new hardwood flooring put in four rooms in my home by Atlas and it looks fabulous. A lady from Atlas came out and measured all my floor space, she also helped me match the right shade with my rooms and she was very nice and helpful. The installers came to put the flooring in my four rooms and everything was done perfectly. The floor fits tight, level in every room and I am extremely pleased with their work. I was impressed with the follow up by the original lady; she came back to my home to make sure I was satisfied with the hardwood flooring and the installation work. The work was great and I was pleased that all the hardwood flooring was on sale at the time.
Description of Work: I purchased hard wood flooring for my den, bedroom, two hallways from Atlas flooring and they looked after the installation.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH ATLAS FLOORS INSTALLATION OF MY UPSTAIRS CARPET. THE INSTALLER WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE,CERTIFIED AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AS HE WENT. WHILE THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING THE RIDE WAS NOT WITHOUT SNAGS. THE FIRST TIME ATLAS CAME TO INSTALL THE CARPET ALL UPSTAIRS CARPET WAS REMOVED. IT WAS THEN DISCOVERED THAT THE WRONG CARPET HAD BEEN ORDERED. THE INSTALLER SEAMED THE CARPET BACK TOGETHER AND ATLAS IMMEDIATELY WENT ABOUT FINDING THE CORRECT CARPET. THEY CAME TO MY JOB TO SHOW ME THE SAMPLE AND GET MY APPROVAL.
