Before I wrote the check for $75, I made sure that the charge included them coming out to replace the tank once it was ordered. There was a miscommunication b/w me and Sears about my warranty status, so Allpro was going to come back out and replace it once it was ordered. After I got the replacement tank, I called seven times over a period of two weeks. Tony (the person in charge) never called me back. The receptionist told me she had personally left my messages on his desk but could not make him call. I eventually performed the tank replacement myself and stopped payment on the check (I thought it odd that after 2 weeks they had not cashed it. Perhaps they just decided to ignore me AND my money altogether; however, I wouldn't know because THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.) The bank charged me $31 in stop payment fees. Avoid this company if possible.
Description of Work: This service company was provided by Sears when I called about my leaking water softener brine tank. I called Sears and told them I had a leaky softener brine tank. They sent this company out. The tech told me I had a leaky water softener brine tank, and that will be $75 please. No other work was performed.
