A Best Tree Service

Excellent experience- phone was answered promptly, Jesus came out same afternoon to give an estimate (very reasonable) and returned with his crew the next morning to start work. They worked steadily for several hours, did all the requested work, and cleaned up all the mess. I will definitely call them again next time.

I was visited by Jesus within 90 minutes of my initial call, and he was able to schedule his employees to come that afternoon to do the work. This was a great relief as it was the Friday before the Independence Day holiday weekend. Although I had to be away from home during the time they were here working, they did the work in the time they expected and were waiting for me when I returned to pay them for the work. My only concern was when they wanted me to make the check to them individually rather than to the company. At my insistance, they accepted the check made out to the company name. The employees did not have any type of receipt for me at the time of payment, so I called Jesus and asked for a receipt to be mailed or dropped by my house. He promised to have it to me after the holiday on Tuesday. It is now a month later and I have still not received a receipt.

Jesus did an excellent job on our trees. He was very professional throughout the experience. He was also considerably less expensive than other quotes we got for this job.

Jesus came out on very short notice to trim some tree limbs coming dangerously close to our house. I needed someone to come right away before TS/Hurricane Alex hit Texas, and Jesus did just that. He quoted me less than $100 to trim 8-10 tree limbs, but I gave him a little extra since he came on very short notice. I would definitely use him again for tree service.

Jesus worked with me in schedulling the tree trimming job to coincide with the scheduled city brush pick-up date. He called on the appointed day to let me know that he was on his way to my house. He and a helper arrived and went immediately to work. I had to leave for a short period of time. When I returned they were finishing up the job. I pointed out some more trimming I thought needed to be done and they were not hesitant in continuing to trim the branches I was concerned about. They carried all the trimmed limbs to the curb and stacked them where I had told them. They raked the area after they finished carrying away the trimmings.

It went fine. Jesus came out the same day I called and provided me an estimate. The next day he and his crew was here the first thing in the morning. They were very professional, worked quickly and left the yard as clean as it was before they came. The trees looked great.

They responded very promptly when I called and came and gave me an estimate the same day. Originally they were going to do the work the next day but, they called me back and asked if it was alright to come back and do it that same day as I called them. That worked perfectly for me. They worked quickly, used high quality materials, and made a beautiful new gate that fits perfectly to the existing latch. They even transfered my "Beware of Dog" sign to the new gate. Then they cleaned up the work site nicely. They gave me a very generous discount on the price for having found them on Angie's List.

Their estimate was a little too high for me.

Jesus came over to give us an estimate and recommendations on tree trimming; the next day he offered $150 off the labor costs. Jesus and his crew started with removing an old fence on two sides of the backyard and replacing it with 1" cedar fencing. He had said the fence would take 2 days, but it ended up taking 3 days, so he increased the labor cost by $100. The fence looks beautiful (and it smells great), and he took care of a couple of minor issues we had with the finished product. The tree trimming took one day. Jesus and his crew trimmed our hackberry trees in the front yard and one palm tree. We had asked him to focus on those branches that were hanging over the roof, which he did. He even cut down a tree that had broken off in the front yard at no extra cost. Overall, though the labor ended up costing more than we'd expected at the outset, the fence looks awesome and the trees are now in much better shape. We'll probably call him out again to cut down a couple more trees in the future.

Jesus came out on Monday to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and scheduled Wed. as a start date. Jesus called Wed. morning to re-schedule due to rain. We agreed on Thurs. the next day. He arrived about ten in the morning and he explained hom he would trim the trees and shape them. I was pleased with his knowledge and expertise. The trees are now outstanding. Jesus made sure everything was picked up and hauled all the branches away. Working with him was easy because of his courteous and professional manner.

Jesus responded quickly to provide a quote and also to perform the service. The work was done quickly and professionally. He also made sure that I was pleased with the work. My trees have never looked more beautiful.

They did a good job. I wanted to get some information about the roots on top of the soil and they were recommended by someone. They were good about responding to my questions and phone calls. They were neat and clean and had the right equipment needed to do the job. The price was a little on the higher side and is one of the reasons why I would not use them again.

Went very well. I thought the price was good for the job, very professional and prompt. The job was very good, although there was some things I would like to have had finished up a little better. However, that was not their fault. I could not be at the job when they finished in order to inspect. Overall, very happy and would use again.

The guy that did it was very nice and he told me exactly what he was going to do which was just what I asked for. They cleaned up everything and they did a beautiful job.

Jesus responded immediately to my call, and came the next day to trim the trees. The work was done professionally and he left no sign on the ground that he or his workers had been there.

The owner of the company responded to my phone call right away. He came out to give me an estimate, the same day. I set the work to be done the next day. They came and performed the work in a professional manner. The three gentleman were polite, hard working and very appropriate in all communication. When the work was completed, the owner ask me to inspect the worksite. I did so and all was excellent, as it relates to cleanliness and a job well done. Even though the two trees were tall and had potential to fall on the neighbor's house, our house and on the air conditioning unit, this did not occur. I am very pleased.

Team showed up promptly. Finished the work in allotted time. Completely cleaned up the site. Fence was not damaged in the processs. Very immpresssive.

They came out initially over priced, however we negotiated for half the price and got the work done. I liked the work that they did and they were very professional. They had very good ratings and we had used them before to remove some stumps. They did a very good job then for a very good price. We would use them again in future.

I highly recommend Jesus. I was so thrilled to be able to call someone and the next day have the service performed in a professional manner. He also made sure everthing was swept and picked up in the area. I am very happy!

A Best Tree Service came out and gave an estimate. We thought that was a fair price based on what some of our neighbors paid for tree trimming. They showed up each day at 8am and left when it was dark They worked from Wednesday morning until Saturday evening, Two days were spent in the backyard followed by two days in the front yard. We have exactly 30 oak trees some of which are quite tall. They used a shredder and raked and swept everywhere. We were very pleased with they job they did.

Jesus came to my house on Thursday and, as promised they were at my house early Saturday morning. This is a very hard working crew. They arrived at 8 a. m. and worked until 4 pm. The trees look amazing- very natural, not scalped. The most amazing thing was the cleanup. In addition to hauling away the debris, they raked, used a blower and swept! If the trees didn't look so much better, you would never know they had worked in my yard!

I had referred my neighbors to Jesus, he was out trimming their trees, and I asked about trimming my pecan tree. He was out the next morning doing a great job trimming my pecan and shaping it into a wonderful pecan tree with a perfect canopy. He was friendly, uses the best safety methods of trimming, and he cares very much about the trees he trims. All the tree limbs and leaves were cleaned up and taken to the curb since the city is going to start picking up brush next Monday.

We were scheduled for brush pick-up and called Jesus, the owner to come and give an estimate. We had gotten two different estimates a year ago, but had held off, due to the expense. Jesus came the day after I called and gave an estimate of $1300.00 for the front and side yard only. He said he and his crew could start the next day. We were very pleased with this estimate and agreed, so he made a contract which we signed. After the first day's work was completed, he came and got me and we walked over the yard, and we discussed the job thus far. My husband and I were so pleased with the way the first day went that we asked him the next day to give us an estimate for the back yard also. We agreed on $600.00 for the back yard, so the entire amount we spent was $1900.00. This was less than half of what one of the previous estimates had been. The entire job took 2 1/2 days for Jesus and his two helpers to complete. They did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day and were very anxious to please. Our next door neighbor was so impressed with his work and the price, that he hired him to do some trimming at his house after he finished at ours! We haven't lived in San Antonio very long and are new to this tree-trimming and de-mossing. Friends warned us that our trees would be quite ugly for a while once we had them trimmed. Thankfully, that was not the case, and we are so happy with the appearance of our beautiful trees and the difference it has made in the way our yard looks. Several neighbors have commented on what a great job it was and how nice the trees look.

The owner Jesus Vivanco and his crew of two arrived at 9AM and quickly got to work removing a large dying ash tree in my backyard. They removed a portion of fence to expedite and facilitate the removal and shredding of branches on-site. While Jesus was grinding the remaining ash tree stump to 4-inches below the surface, the other two men trimmed my small pecan tree, put the fence back up and then started trimming and moss-ball removal of two large live oak trees in my front yard. The branches were cleared from my roofline, and cut back from overhanging the street, and the canopy was raised beautifully. All the work and clean-up was accomplished in one day, finishing the whole job by about 6:30PM. My trees never looked so beautiful!

BOTH TREE REMOVAL AND FENCING WERE DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I INSPECTED THE JOBS AND DISCUSSED SOME CHANGES AND EVERYTHING WAS MADE TO WHAT I THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE. THEY TRY VERY HARD TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
