Kevin went "above and beyond" in solving our home surveillance system's HDD (hard drive) failure, constant 5-second loud beeping, and one camera's pixelating, "juttering" or blacking out. It took 2 days and 3 appointments to identify and solve the problems, but he did it! Instead of having to buy a whole new DVR and HDD, he and his team were successful in replacing with a new HDD, new cord, and correcting the camera's problems. It was so nice to deal with an honest and capable professional. GREAT JOB, Kevin!!!
