Kevin called literally seconds after I placed the request. We discussed an appointment time, he was on time. He didn't waste any time in determining the problem and, in his words, after putting on his McGuyver hat, he was able to repair the system. Very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the experience. It's nice to feel good about the money you've spent. I'll be calling him to put a wireless system in at some point down the line.

Kevin was very easy to work with - flexible on time and very service oriented. He ended up having to make several trips to get the right sensors, etc. and did not charge me extra for these trips. He seemed very knowledgeable of security systems and got everything operating correctly for what I felt was a very fair price.

My alarm was damaged from a lightning strike. I called Kevin on a Friday afternoon and he came out the following morning (on a Saturday) and had my alarm up and had my running again. I would highly recommend Maximus Security Services.

Kevin was able to repair my existing wired system. For inoperable zones, he was able to tie them in with wireless connectors. He gives you options or a 3rd party to monitor your system; have your system call you when it is tripped; just sound an audible alarm at your home; or any combination of these. Kevin is timely, a good communicator, very knowledgeable, and he will stay until he finishes the project. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Kevin, was verk prompt and came out in the time he said he would. he helped us figure out the best option as the secuity system that we had was hard wired and out dated and even pointed out that the ADT otherized dealer that installed the wirless smoke detector and motion sensor a year ago didn't even have them hooked up to the system. he spent the time extra time sowing us how to progam/name the zones and how to test the system. I would call him again in fact we are going to contact him when our ADT contract is done and talk to him about the cellular system and monitoring company that he uses.
