Kevin was super professional and friendly, and made me feel very at ease. I had called about a half dozen security companies, and none of them would actually service or install a security system. They were only interested in selling you monthly service, and then installing (or repairing) the system. But this was exactly what I needed. He quickly got my system squared away, repair a frayed wire, removed an external modem that was no longer needed, and rest the master code. I was very pleased with his service, and would definitely hire the company again.

The best in the area. My rental property's security system was alerting us of needed service. Maximus team was on the spot the same day. I could not be at the property in person but Kevin called me, texted pictures and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Best in the metroplex for a reason! Will be working with Kevin again and he is my go-to.

Very friendly and quick to diagnose the issue, fix it, and leave me much more informed for the future.

Did the job as intended. The only negative was we had to postpone my appointment by a day because they were delayed on a previous job. Otherwise got the work done quickly and courteously.

Technician diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and explained what he needed to do to isolate the problem. Alarm system is back in working order in an hourâ s time.

Kevin was awesome. Came out the same day. He and his son were very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about our system. If all companies had the promtptness, knowledge, friendliness and top-notch customer service the world would be a better place!!
