Purchased a pre-owned home that has a Safewatch Pro 3000 Security System. I never received the master code/installer code or manual. Kevin reset the codes , changed out batteries , downloaded a manual and personally reviewed and explained the complete workings of the system; …. all at a very reasonable price. Kevin Strickland is very personable and is extremely knowledgeable. I am so pleased with his work. My alarm system is over 20 years old. The main control board had quit working, the keypads and a few of my sensors needed to be replaced. He did what needed to be done and was very good at explaining how to use the new system. Although not required, I did subscribe to his company's monitoring system. The price was really reasonable. I highly recommend him and plan to continue using Maximus Security Service for any alarm repair or installation needs.
