Charged me $125 for the first call then said that I needed new alarm. I pd another $405. The alarm still does not work. It goes off at all hours and It wakes me up. I have to keep calling, they tell me he has to hear it. I am tired of playing with this alarm. It apparently cannot be fixed. I want my money back, so I can get a new alarm which is what I thought I was getting. The first call was 3/29 and here it is 4/18 and still not fixed. When I spoke with Mr. Strickland he keeps telling me he will figure it out. I am done with it, I want my money back.
