All work was done professionally. All surfaces were covered, taped and prepped before painting. Everything was cleaned up and hauled off. The workers (who have been with this company for over 20 years) were meticulous, quiet and very polite. Great care was taken to protect my furniture and other surfaces. Could not have asked for a better crew. Stephen Miller was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He was on the premises when each job started and kept in touch by phone or text, and he came by and checked the finished work and asked if everything was okay. I felt that if I'd had a problem, he would have resolved it right away.
Description of Work: Repaired walls & ceilings that had been damaged by water. Removed damaged drywall in several places and replaced with new drywall, retextured, and painted to match the walls not being repaired. Also removed a large pony wall that divided the living area from the breakfast area. Repaired the resulting hole in the wall and painted the entire wall.

Stephen delivered as promised, on schedule close to the budget range he estimated. He and his team were very professional, showed interest in the work, suggested good improvements and the overall quality and finish was good. He always kept us informed and was always accessible. I will definitely consider him again in the future.

Awesome. stepeh reallty cares about the quality he and his guys put out. i used them back in 1994 and hunting him down to find him again in 2011.. i will use him again he's always the first quote i get.
Description of Work: stephen replace all my kitchen counter tops. he remodeled a two bathrooms. put marble coutner tops in all my bathrooms. he build a wall of windows in my sunroom, stephen enclosed an opening for doors. and on and on. i'll call him again and again.

I received a call from [Member name removed] to give a bid on Kitchen & Bath Cabinets. When I arrived at her home, I found she was building a new Home. I asked Laura why she wanted a Cabinet bid as she had brand new Kitchen and Bath Cabinets. She told me they were garbage and she wanted me to write a letter on my Company Letterhead stating that they were no good. I told [Member name removed] I did not do that. She phoned a few days later and said she would pay for the letter. I said No. She then asked if I would build her new Cabinets. I told her No. She asked if I knew anyone I could recommend. I told her I would call some people I knew and had done business with in the past. Arnold Benson with Grand Cabinets said he would like to speak with [Member name removed], so I gave [Member name removed]his name in "Good Faith". Arnold had done several Projects for me and had always given me a good price and good quality work. I don't recommend people if I don't like their work, or I get a bad feeling about them. I told both [Member name removed] and Arnold that I was only giving them each others contact info. I was not going to be involved in the Project, and I did not want any money. Both [Member name removed] & Arnold agreed that I would stay out of the loop. About two months or so after I gave [Member name removed] Arnold's info, she sent me a Facebook message saying Arnold had "ripped her off" and that it was all my fault for recommending him to her. She further demanded that I phone her Check Cashing Company and that I was to get them their $3,500 back. I did phone the Check Cashing Company and they were confused as to why I was calling. They told me they had nothing against me. I messaged [Member name removed] back and told her I could do nothing. She told me I was worthless, and she was angry that I personally did not pay her $3,500 back to her. I told [Member name removed] that made no sense at all. I wasn't involved in the Project, and I never had gotten any money. [Member name removed] then told me that I knowingly recommended a "Con Artist" to her, and I that I knew this when I gave her Arnolds name. [Member name removed] further threatened to say bad things about me personally and my Company and that she was going to post these things online about me. In over 30 years of running my Company with an A+ BBB rating, this was the first time I had dealt with something so Crazy as this. I feel bad that [Member name removed] felt she had gotten messed over, but I do not feel this is a reason to write nasty things about me and my Company. I had even told this to [Member name removed] when I spoke with her via messaging as she would not talk to me on the Phone, or Face to Face as I had wanted. I am more than Happy to give new Clients references from my hundreds of Happy Clients and I do this on a regular basis.

He got everything done within the amount of time that he said he would and the amount he quoted was what I paid. I was satisfied with their service and the pricing was fair. I also am going to use them again within the next few weeks.
