Description of Work: Heater Circuit Board and Ingnition light (The heater was approximately 12 years old). I have used Johnny for years after a recommendation from a friend. He has always worked until the job was finish and ensured that the work was of top quality. We own rental homes in the Rowlett area and he has serviced all of them through the years. He recently tracked down a leak in the AC and spent 3 or 4 hours tracking down the problem. He has always let me know how the houses were being taken care of and if the filters were being changed as needed. Description of Work: We have two units, a 3T and a 5T. The larger unit was sending out air at about 65-70F: Not cool enough. Technician found the unit low on Freon but did not add Freon until the unit could thaw, added 5lb R-22 the next day. The 3T unit was not cooling two rooms and the technician found two ducts disconnected. Fixed it. I think there are two outfits with this name.

Description of Work: We have used them for years. We have used them from 2008 until now. They most recently changed the filter and did maintenance on the system.

Description of Work: We thought we would have to replace a compressor that the warranty co. said was not repairable. My husband got Johnny's number from Carrier who recommended him. When Johnny came out he said after looking at it that he was 95% sure he could repair it and we would not have to replace it. And this unit had a whole host of problems, not to mention the breaker that was bad as well. Johnny obviously really knows how to fix an AC units like most AC pros don't. This saved us about $3,300 that it would have cost us to replace the compressor and the new coil that we would have had to get because of the upgraded refrigerant systems. On top of this he is one of the only professionals that I know that took the time to call me (this work was done on our rental home) and explain every part of the diagnosis and repair as he went along. At the end of the job he took additional time and wrote it all out on the receipt (a whole page in detail and it is readable too).

Description of Work: I used A/C Pro to blow some Freon off the air conditioner and add some Freon. They did leak detection also.

Description of Work: Checked out my A/C unit that was not cooling properly. Cleaned the condenser coil, replaced freon, replaced old thermostat. The gentleman that came to my home worked a couple of hours in the sweltering heat, but did a fantastic job!

Description of Work: Johnny was prompt, as usual, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. He had to replace two control units. Our house is cool again, upstairs and down.

Description of Work: HE CLEANED OUT A CLOGGED DRAIN LINE, AND ADDED A CLAMP TO MAKE SURE IT WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM AGAIN

Description of Work: 2 thermocouples & 2 gas valves replaced a few months ago.

Description of Work: THE A/C BROKE WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION. A/C PRO CAME OUT AND FIXED THE COILS AND REFILLED THE FREON.
