Did a very satisfactory job.

One man came out to provide the estimate. When a man came out to complete that job, he said more work needed to be done, so he didn’t do any of the work. Without our knowledgeable, they came back and did what the first man had estimated and not what had needed to be done. They completed some caulking around the chimney. I also had them come out and to repair some interior water damage. They re-textured over a water leak in the ceiling that was about one and a half feet squared. The job was outsourced and they could not give me a price before doing that job. They charged an additional $400 and the job was finished in thirty minutes. The house is long distance where I was and I couldn’t be there all of the time. Everyone who I dealt with was very nice and the work was a great job. However, I felt that they may have taken advantage of me. They only completed the work that was included in the deal package.

We thought we needed a new roof and called one of the roofing companies listed on Angie's list with an A+ rating. We were given a price which we thought was excessive. We then contacted Feller Roofing & Remodeling LLC. John H. came out to look at our roof. After his initial inspection he told us that our roof was in good condition and would probably last another 3 - 4 years. He recommended some roof maintenance and we wanted three wind turbines replaced. A week later they came out and did the repairs. The workers were very courteous and professional and they finished the job in a timely manner. Quite frankly we were very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of John and when it?s time to get a new roof we will definitely go with Feller Roofing.

Our family is extremely pleased with the the work performed by Feller Roofing and Remodeling. They replaced our old, hail - damaged roof. Kevin P. took extra time and effort to meet with our insurance adjuster. The company replaced the entire roof, placed gutters around the perimeter of the roof by - 5 Star Gutters - , and arranged to have the interior damaged repaired. The roof and the extra work were done promptly as promised by serious workers who where were focused, professional, and honest. We give this this company our highest recommendation.

After making an initial inspection appointment, there was a scheduling error on the companies part and they showed up on the incorrect day which caused some inconvenience. They were apologetic afterwards. The majority of the communications issue stemmed from the company not obtaining and/or storing correctly sufficient contact information upon initial contact and inspection. That being said, after the initial inspection, I received a detailed report with pictures of issues with my roof. Once the final corrective roof work was complete, the company did a good job.

Scott came out and looked at damage on a Friday and gave me the estimate. Told me someone would be back Monday to do the job. It was done when I came home. I chose him because he is from Hutto and could not have picked a better person for the job. Did exactly as he told me. There are some pipes on top of my house and he glued the shingles down around them as well The girl at the office was very helpful. The whole team gets a A+. Very personable and would definatly use again.

Not much more to say. For $99 Feller inspected my roof, provided a written report, recommended 3 minor repairs, returned to complete the recommended repairs at no charge. They did exactly what they said they would do, did not charge extra and did not recommend any additional services. I am very happy with their professionalism, and I would recommend Feller for your roofing needs.

We were very happy with the service. They company came by a few times after the job to double check and make sure everything was in order.

We have a split level house, so when the two story part was leveled, it buckled the shingles on the single story part of the house. I received an email from Angies List for a "Big Deal" for Feller Roofing for 99.00 for a roof inspection and minor repairs. I wasn't sure if what I needed done would fall under this deal, but I gave them a call to find out. I called their office on a Friday, and they got me scheduled for an estimate the following Tuesday. My repair DID fall under the deal so I was very happy that I was going to be able to get the repairs done for 99.00. Their office called in a couple days to get the repair scheduled and the repairs were done the next week. The whole process went very smoothly, and everyone I've had any interaction with at Feller Roofing has been courteous and professional.

I called several companies along with Feller Roofing, and bottom line, these folks just flat out made everything easy....which is what you want when something like this happens to your home. Service and personality over the phone was excellent, everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable, and they were able to come out quickly. We soon after sold our home and we had no issues with the inspection from the buyer, he noted everything looked great on the roof and we were very happy. I would use Feller again for any of the services they offer based on this experience.

I had Feller Roofing come to my home to try to solve the problem of a leaking bay window that has a copper roof. A handyman had indicated to me it could be a flashing problem with the copper roof. Kevin came by and noticed the flashing above the copper roof had originally been improperly installed and could be the problem. I scheduled an appointment to have them install new flashing and they showed up on time and prepared. After another rainstorm and more water inside the window, Scott came by to check the flashing work. All was in order and he went a step further and helped me determine there was a leak in the seal around a window pane. I had a very good experience with Feller as they were always prompt with appointments, Kevin and Scott were very courteous, informative, and easy to work with, and I really appreciated Scott’s help with determining the window seal problem. I feel that he went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. I would definitely use them again.

It took a little while to get the service scheduled, but they came one day after I left for work. When I got home, the job was complete, the mess was cleaned up, and the roof looked great!

Everything was very good. They were very professional, gave me lots of options on colors and made the whole process very easy. They did a wondeful job.

They showed up on the day they said they would and right on the appointment time. Their workers were very efficient and came prepared. There was a very minor issue with the first vent as it appeared it was damaged during shipping (box damaged and small dent in external hood - none of us noticed it at first until it was out of the box) but they were back within the hour with a new one. They indicated the installation would take about two (2) hours and they were right on the money. So overall a very, very good experience.

Kevin was extremely professional and thorough in his evaluation of the area of water damage. He explained and showed me in detail what the problems were. He arranged staff to come and perform the job. Asuncion was polite, and focused on getting the job done. Later on Kevin came back and inspected the finished job, which I appreciated. A minor sealing needed to be done, and they took care of it. Everybody from the staff, including Ashley, was attentive to my needs and concerns about any water leaking in again into the house. I really appreciate them helping me to get this problem solved.

Feller Roofing has done roofing repairs on two of our rent houses. On the first house our general remodeling contractor had tried 3 times to fix the leak, without success. We finally called Feller and it was fixed the first time. The second house was a little trickier. Feller Roofing did have to return and make some tweaks to their original repair but they were very good about troubleshooting the repairs until they got it right, and they didn't try to charge me for the return trip. Cost for each of the repairs was between $900 to $1000 and they gave us a 2 year guarantee.

Wind damage tothe roof. The damage was not enough for the insurance carrier to replace the entire roof and received no funds due to deductible. Feller Roofing was able to repair the roof with a very close color match - they even pulled shingles from the rear of the roof and used those on the front to ensure a quality match on the repair of the front of the house. Extremely happy with the repair job and would recommend and use time and time again!

Would not hesitate to use again. Has come twice now. Very professional and will answer all questions. Does everything he says on estimates. Such a good experience to have a contractor stress free.

Scott Feller is the owner and the person that came to my house and gave me the bid. Scott's professional and very easy to work with. My roof was in poor condition and had a number of damaged roofing components other than the shingles that needed to be addressed. The Feller roofing crew showed up as scheduled and completed all the work in two days. Scott came out within a few days and did an inspection of the work done and the completed job is very impressive. A year after the installation, I began having problems with some overly-zealous squirrels that apparently took a liking to chewing on the new lead vent pipes that had been replaced on the roof. I called Feller Roofing and in two days Scott came out to review the situation. The crew returned and replaced all the lead vent pipes (not just the damaged ones) with PVC pipes which squirrels apparently don't covet; all at no charge to me. Competitive pricing with other respectable roofers, great service and a beautiful roof leaves me a very satisfied customer. Now if I can only figure out how to enlighten neighborhood squirrels of the harmful effects of eating lead.

He matched the other bid and upgraded the shingles. He cares about the people that he does the work for. He brought in all kinds of material for us to look at and he educated us on the differences. The shingles that we chose will honor the full 25 year warranty, including the materials and labor. He is willing to do whatever he has to gain our loyalty. He made us very satisfied.

Scott is a man of his word! We were delighted when he came over the day he said he would, and instantly he built a professional and engaging relationship with us. We worked out the details of the repair, and despite having one other roofing company coming by to place their bid, we decided by what we saw and heard from Scott that he was our guy. He even said he would invoice the bill and we could pay it by the 15th (which no one else) said they would do for us. Scott is understanding and respects the working class folks, and it shows! We even spoke of future roof replacement and what his recommendations are. Sure enough the Friday after we spoke, he sent his team over to take care of our roof woes and when the next bout of rain came, guess what?! NO MORE LEAKS! Scott and his team did it JUST right, and told the truth when it came to the repair; which is more than I can say for a previous company that showed up when we first discovered the leak. They cleaned up after and left with no signs of ever being there to perform the repair. I would recommend Scott and his team for any future roof repairs/replacements that our home might need!
