Great communication. Really appreciate the help in scheduling an emergency call.

The plumbers arrived onsite at their scheduled time and even texted me to let me know they were on their way. The project was completed with no additional fees even though it took longer than expected due to excessively muddy ground conditions. Paul and his helper were very friendly and professional while providing great service.

The service is not bad. Problem is the way they quote the work starting with **band-aide** $300+ to platinum $1000+". This really bothered me. how can you call fixing the problem and charging over $300 band-aide. I went ahead and did the band-aid because I needed my HW Heater fixed. It is a Rheem manufactured in Nov 2015. I bought the house 1.5 years ago, so I do not know when it was installed, so I estimate that it is 4 years old. The problem was that there was a leak on the intake pipe. It was replaced with a new one. A day later there was water coming out of the side of the house due to the pressure valve sticking. I imagine that the plumber did not reset and test the pressure valve when he turned it back on. I will probably have to replace the valve but I will not be using Crow Plumbing again. I do not like the band-aid option and I do not like the plumber did not do the appropriate testing before leaving the house.

John explained how they prepare estimates and what kinds of issues we may be looking at, but in the end he diagnosed and fixed the problem easily and did not have to do any additional work.

unfortunately the price was double what their quote was on day of repair.

Of the few companies I had received quotes from, they were by far the most professional and thorough. They gave me many options and explained the details of each one without pressuring me to choose the most expensive choices. They let me decide what was best for me and my situation. The crew was polite and courteous had no problems pointing out what they were doing and why. they will definitely be the first ones I call if I need any plumbing taken care of in the future.

They were very prompt and knowledgeable. We will use them again.

They are very pricey. They wanted $132 to change out a shower head. I already had the shower head but couldn t do it myself because I just had surgery.

Pleased that they were able to come out in 4 hours to drain a clog in my kitchen sink. Paul answered all my questions. He tried several less expensive solutions before bringing in the auger. I appreciated him doing that. He was professional leaving the work area clean and I would definitely contact Local Plumbing if the need arises in the future.
